Originally I wasn't too bent out of shape about my pick up order being cancelled. I'm a reasonable human being and things happen. However now that I'm on here I see you were cancelling on people for at least 5-6 days and I still got less than 24 hrs notice my order was being cancelled. Very unprofessional. Regardless, I still came to the greenhouse myself yesterday - any staff I interacted with or overheard with other customers were extremely short or rude. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because your selection is very good and was able to find most of what had been on my order originally. Other than the selection there's nothing else I can really say that was positive about my experience.
