The customer experience and service at this locally owned business is AAAA. Dale always has a smile on and while he is a weath of knowledge he has a trait that is hard to come by these days, he is a great listener which goes a long way considering there is a million ways to set things up and make it work for you. He has done a great job and is listed as a registered distributor for all the major products he sells, so he's not just a resale shop. They always seem to have something new and expanding little by little which is nice.

I just want to start off by saying that these guys running this are fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly, I bought a mars reflector 48 and a 3x3 tent for 2 plants, I'm loving it, the mars line seems very durable and well made the tent is also mars hydro and it's thick material and heavy duty zippers to me make this a great choice for someone on a budget or just starting, I also have a 4x4x6 tent with 7 sunblaster t5's and also 2 plants both systems work very well

It was my first time in The Grow Shop, Dale was the only staff on at the time. He asked what I was growing, how many would be using it, and if I knew the strain. I knew how to grow plants, but that was almost 45 years ago when you could slip a few seeds into dad's before garden or in the wooded area behind our house. Seeing as I don't have a wooded area behind my house anymore and my raised garden boxes don't have the room, guess I need to look elsewhere. I still haven't made the jump yet as far as growing my own. But when I do, I know what to do and where to go to get my kit. Thank you Dale, your knowledge and customer service is of the Highest Quality????????‍♀️????????????????????????????????????

I used to frequent this store a lot but I won't be going back ???? I assumed the condescending tone I received from all the men at the store would go away after I had my first grow under my belt but it didn't. Recently I went in with my boyfriend to see if there was a difference, seems they are just like that with everyone. Had an issue returning fans less than 24 hours later as they were faulty and they tried to make it seem like it was our own doing. We are experienced growers that will be taking our money elsewhere as this shop is overpriced and not very kind to it's customers. Very rude and arrogant ????

This place is great, I've been coming here for years. all of the employees are incredibly helpful. sign of outstanding service: I brought a high end light back after 2 years with no receipt and they took it in for repairs no questions asked. in the interim they hooked me up with a loaner light which was possibly better than mine. highly recommend this place to anyone, experts and beginners!

This was my first time visiting the store away from Calgary as I had an errand running by the area. I've entered the store claiming itself the the "biggest" grow shop around. There is a lot of expectations to that claim. Upon entering the shop it was fairly quiet so I looked around. I didn't like the selection but I had a couple of questions about a product they had that Calgary didn't. I was greeted by someone who introduced himself as the owner, so I asked quite a few questions about growing and how to control bugs. The guy wasn't giving me any helpful advice but started turning into an rude and arrogant misfit as if he felt that I was bothering him and wasn't buying anything. I just wanted to know if the Neem Oil that they have for sale on the shelf was the best option for my issues but seeing his unhelpful arrogant face I walked through the door. Reading the reviews and the owner's response. I can see that this place is not ran by any Big nor Educated bunch but the same arrogant man child that I ran into. So my conclusion is: - Petty selections - Rude, arrogant, uneducated owner I'd rather give my money to other grow shop around the area that deserves it. How this man runs a business is miraculous but non deserving.

I am a novice grower and stopped in to support local and when I asked a couple questions about growing the guy said to me, we don’t have time to answer questions we also have a business to run and left me to serve the customers that just entered the store..., maybe I came in uneducated on exactly what I want but I was about to spend a bunch of money which now has gone to Amazon after google research. And probably saved me a pile of money.
