I was a wait-listed customer this year, new to MowValue and the experience was high quality. Stewart was very efficient; he responded promptly to texts, demonstrated an exceptionally strong work ethic and followed through exactly how he said he would. Our yard took some time and he let me know that next year the price would be a bit higher. Appreciating the work involved, I offered to pay more but Stewart said “no,” I honour the price I quoted. It’s a labour intensive business and likely hard to find good help but his employee was also excellent and hard-working. I saw how Stewart respectfully offered him feedback and although his expectations were high, he interacted with his staff in the same manner he dealt with me as a customer. I’m so pleased with the work and as Stewart said, “I like to enable people to enjoy their yards,” we look forward to living well in our clean and refreshed outdoor space. Thanks MowValue, hope to see you next year!

We had them come to do aerating and fertilizing. We have had this done in the past with other companies and saw minimal results. Nobody has ever suggested that we water before they get there to get deeper into the lawn. It worked! After a few days of watering it is a beautiful green and where we had bare spots last year it is filling in. Our lawn looks awesome! I would recommend you book with this company.

I had some horrible dead spots in my backyard from my dogs and the trampoline. They let me know when they were coming and where very aware to not let my dogs out of the yard. Most times we didn't even know they had come. My yard is now a beautiful carpet of green with no dead spots to be found. They were quick to answer any questions I had about how to care for my lawn. I have had Mow Value Lawn Care do my lawn for the last number of years and they have always done an excellent job. They email me to confirm I want the lawn done each spring, set up a date and always arrive on time. The last two years after air rating the lawn, when they came to power rake they not only cleaned up the the lawn, but also removed all the leaves I had raked up under the spruce trees and also the cones that had fallen under the spruce trees, which were not a part of the lawn. In fact Ihad cleaned up flower beds and had pilled up the material to put out for yard waste pick up and that was cleaned up. I have received great service every year and will continue to use them in the future.
