Our front lawn was damaged by Green Drop in the springtime. We called the manager, who came out to inspect it. After confirming that it was green drop who indeed did the damage we were assured that if we gave them 3 weeks it would be fixed. That was at the end of May and now nothing short of new sod will fix our problem! Services were not provided at times texted to us, clear path was just done last week, something we were told would be done early June before the weeds got out of control. It is so nice how they show up after you have spent 8 hours weeding what you paid to be done! Second call to the manager was never returned. If there was a negative 0 rating I would give it! Do No Waste Your Money. Hire local contractors! I forgot to mention that we had them last year, which was a nightmare, but they gave us a great rate to give them a second chance.

I used green drop for the first time this summer and ordered Beautiful Basics Plus and it has drastically transformed our lawn. The lawn was so much greener after using green drop compared before. They also sent me text message and email to remind me of their next service. I am happy and satisfied with their service. I will definitely use them again in the future (if they won’t disappoint their customers and will keep them happy and satisfied). I am very well aware of their auto order for the next following year but you can cancel that if you give them a call. Check out their website to read more info.

If I could leave a zero I would. Not for anything lawn related but for how one of their employees drove. I live on a quiet narrow street next to an elementary school and watched not once, but three times this morning as the same Green Drop truck raced up and down the street. When you have a giant green drop on the roof of your truck, drive with due caution and concern. You are representing your company. I couldn't believe the complete disregard that this young man drove with - there were children on the road, on the side walks and he didn't even notice. The street he chose to race down, (far faster than needed or safe) had children on the side walks walking to school! Mistakes can happen, but three times in 15 mins, thats not a mistake, that's habit. Green Drop you are responsible if one of your employees causes harm to others, teach them and hold them accountable to drive with concern and care so that never happens. I will be informing my neighbours who use your services of this incident and advocating for them to find a different business to use.

Saved my lawn! I love Green Drop, friendly, helpful and have completely saved my lawn with reasonably pricing. I had emailed in one morning asking about what they use and if it was safe for my pets since like seem to like to eat grass, and I received a quick email back! Green Drop has made my lawn one of the nicest on the block for a few years now. They always contact us before coming, and if we are still seeing weeds after they come by, they'll come around for free and take care of it. Always nice to beat the neighbors.

Our lawn looks great with the help of Green Drop Lawns! We get 24 hours notice before they come by so that's handy. I wish I would have a better idea on the time periods between treatments, though.

I hadn't used green drop for a couple years so I thought I would give them another chance on my acreage, what a big mistake they made my lawn ten times worse than it was before and when I tried to complain and talk to a manager I gave up after a week of trying and know one calling me back, this is the last time I will ever use Green Drop and wouldn't recommend them to anybody 0 stars I laugh that you answer give us your info and we will contact you, that is one of your biggest problems you lye and tell people you will contact them and YOU NEVER DO........

Had green drop in 2017, never got good service or contacted again when I needed a re spray. Gave them another shot in 2018 and the new manager is really doing a great job of picking up the peace. Good experience with the staff who came to spray my lawn. When I had a problem with my weeds staying I gave them a call and the manager was there the next two day ish to get it all re sprayed for me. After that Didn't have a problem with weeds the rest of the year. Lawn has never looked better. Definitely Would recommend now for 2019

I don't know if they aren't applying their product correctly or it just doesn't work. Our lawn is brown. We water it all the time. Our neighbours lawn is nice and green and he doesn't even take care of it except for the occasional mowing. We have been using Green Drop for a few years with great results but this year our lawn is horrible. I don't think their techs are trained at all. They come in for 2 minutes and barely do anything and they are gone again. We will not be wasting our money on them anymore. Update. We put lots of time and energy trying to get our lawn to come back. It was starting to look good again. Then Green Drop came and did another application. Again we have big brown spots and streaks where they applied their lawn treatment. It looks horrible. You can see exactly where they sprayed because of the brown streaks. Green Drop burnt our lawn again. The manager was working on trying to get it fixed but it did not help. I asked them not to come back anymore. They are destroying our lawn. I will buy bags of fertilizer from now on and do it myself.

Recently I tried to book greendrop to spray my yard for bugs, made 4 calls and nobody could direct me to the Red Deer office. Everytime I called, I got somebody from Manitoba and they could not help me.

An account that you did NOT have ANY permission to have this year. You just showed up and charged me. These last two "treatments" were pathetic. Your worker literally poured a sparse amount of whatever onto top of 6 inches of snow. I guess that will hit the ground NEXT YEAR?????????? You are charging me a full amount when at no time any of your workers were able to access the back yard. The amount you are charging me is for a extremely small yard. My yard was yellow and burned the majority of this year. Again you were not hired this year to come out. You just did. I still had dandelions and a yellow lawn. I repeat I NEVER ONCE CALL GREEN DROP for services this year. DO NOT COME BACK.

We signed up with this company a month ago and they have been to our place once and have been scheduled for weeks to come back and all we get are texts saying they can't make it today. Low and behold we get another text today saying they can't make it today and will come next week. At this point it actually feels like they are not coming at all. We have paid for the service and have been very disappointed by this after having friends of ours have a good experience in Sylvan Lake,but here in Red Deer we paid for the service for the rest of the summer and hadn't even got the follow up after the first treatment.We were super excited about getting the weeds taken care of but all we get are texts saying the hose is broken.

Green Drop has provided excellent, timely service for my lawn. Weeds are a thing of the past, and I have never had an issue with any of their services. If you’re looking to improve you lawn at a decent price without all the hassle, Green Drop is an excellent choice.

Have used green drop for years, and always have had amazing service-until this year!! Didn't get first fertilizing till mid May, don't think they sprayed any weeds. Placed a service request- no one contacted me after a week! So finally got through to them and they said they would come when in the neighbourhood next( but no estimate). Came 2 weeks after service request, did second fertilization and still don't think they sprayed weeds! They are now everywhere! Also haven't sprayed my paths, alley and parking pad , even though I payed for it. Customer service seems to be slacking this year- considering just cancelling and going with someone else.

I spent/wasted two years trying to get a lawn that was neglected for 9 years under control! Last summer our neighbours brought in green drop to do their previously neglected yard! We are talking a field of dandelions and weeds!!! Their result was amazing and it was pet friendly! This year I used them, what an amazing difference!!! Had them treat the gravelled areas with a separate application! Great results!!!! I would highly recommend this company! Wish they could treat dew worms

Terrible company. I thought I would try them and requested one treatment program for my lawn. They came out and did a few applications, but it didn't seem to do much for the cost, So I didn't renew for the next year. Even though I had not requested it, they came out and sprayed their snake-oil chemicals on my lawn and billed me the next year anyway. I have small children and animals, so I did not want chemicals on my lawn this year. I have requested a few times but am still waiting on them to supply me with the SDS for their chemicals. I have asked them to keep their services off my property, and wouldn't request their services again.

Beware of them coming the following season and billing you for it when their services were not ordered. They will send your bill straight to collections. They also don't answer their phones.

Didn't do the work they were paid to do and said that they did. They showed up twice and were in the yard for no more than 3 minutes and sat in the pickup out front for 30. This is what a $500 service gets. you with greendrop apparently. Beware if you decide to use this company, theyll take your money and might not do the work!

Was disappointed in 2018, had my 2 neighbors sign up for service, the 2 neighbors on both side of me got service and I was missed. Had to phone 3 time and never got a phone call back 4 call finally got action. I like the service and they will return if the weeds return

Not very happy with the quality of the weed control took 2 requests for service before anyone arrived to respray for weeds. 10 days after the spray for the second time it still hasn’t even wilted the dandelions nor has affected any other weed varieties present in the grass still have tons of clover and other weeds. I have better luck doing the job myself with Killex one spray and they are gone within a week. Going to request a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
