If I could give zero stars I would. The website messed up and sent my order to the wrong city. Then even once they refunded me and gave 2 free pizzas. They STILL messed up my order. Very upset about the whole situation.

Never before have I experienced such terrible , abysmal and downright awful customer service. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a short , blonde female employee and from start to finish, she was rude, condescending and disrespectful. The pizza itself was lacklustre, incorrect and below par, but that was to be expected judging by the customer service I received. I would never recommend anyone using this location, give it a wide berth and save your money. Disgraceful.

For the most part Panago is good but when asking for extra cheese, or chicken in a Caesar salad is where they really fall apart. Only 2 stars because they've only gotten my orders completely right twice.

Did not like having to order through the Abbotsford call center (where they lose a star) for the store in Quesnel...but the order was delivered quicker than stated and the pizza was great!

Pizza was good (that’s why I give two stars), but not happy with the service. They did not accept my mask (plastic see trough). I did not know people are now discriminating you on what you wear?! I thought people would be happy seeing somebody’s face and smile. Would not go there again, because I really felt judged and discriminated. Other pizza places accepted me mask, so I will go there, because service makes a pizza taste better!

They will blatantly ignore you as you stand at the counter waiting for service. Pizza is good though, so thats why I gave it 3 stars.

Panago has the worst pizza in town. Their dough is just bad. Pizza is nothing special yet it is pricey. Last time I went there the pizza even gave me a minor case of food poisoning, I think the shrimp was off. The only good things I can say is they do have a larger selection of toppings (but does it matter if you get sick from it?) and they have the best dips. Avoid this place. Good quality pizza can be found at Poppy's pizza and if your looking for cheaper pizza Domino's has something decent.
