Installation costs were atrocious, left glass in window sill, did not put furniture back after they were done with windows. I wrote them a letter and included it with my monthly payment, stating what I thought of their ridiculously high, 400.00/hour fees than Steve calls, telling me he wants to discuss the letter I wrote and for me not to act like a child than proceeds to tell me he charges interest rate a month on any unpaid bills...

They left a ton of shingles in my gutter, didn't repair the eavesdrop they charged us for nor put the endings back on. I was picking shingles out of my garden and trees for months.

Buyer Beware!!!! Purchased a house last summer. Previous owners had these guys install eves troughs. If you are looking for a sieve, and not a trough, these would be the guys! #Energy Doctors? Saving energy? For sure their energy when working on your stuff. Improper installation, refusal to honour work! Speak up and be ignored they speak alike in that... #energydoctorprincealbert I have pictures of their work that a contractor spotted from the ground moment looking up. Social media beautiful thing theses days. They’ll soon realize do the work well and the customer will tell 3 people! Do it portly and they’ll tell thousands!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! So I bought a house over in Nordale. The previous owners had contracted the energy doctor here in pa to install the eavestroughs. They had numerous issues since install and we were told the last issue was taken care of, only to find when we got a bit of snow and warm days where you can see constant draining. These things look more like a sive than anything else. I was told by Steve, whom I believe is the one brother who owns the place up here in Prince Albert, “I’m not taking my guy off a $20,000.00 job to come take a look at your problem!” and this job has been an issue since we installed it we have been there 10 times so if I get around to it which I doubt I will, you’ll be charged a service call...” Obviously buyer beware as to your follow up customer care once they get your initial dollars, and you have no large capital for them to gain! I give one star only because I don’t think I can give a review without at least one star. There are a few other companies in town who do take pride in Customer care.

Worst service ever. A 2 week window took over 3 months. They broke it twice, no phone calls back and told us to write a cheque that they don't except visa. Manager was so rude. Will never deal with this company again.

Couldnt book a time for a quote. Was not willing to drive 5 min in the city on my only day off as they're not open Weekends.Not very good at responding to customer needs.

I had Energy Doctor replace my roofing with rubber asphalt shingles. The product was subpar and E.D. would not honour the warranty i was told i had at time of purchase. I was offered 1 bundle of shingles for warranty vs. The replacement warranty i was sold. Never again.

Never used them. Probably never will. They are working on 2 roofs in Leask last couple of days. Every second word out of their mouths is F......this and F...that. Not very professional when peoples kids are playing and hear that language.
