Over the phone service was incredibly poor. Contractor services was unable to help with the most simple request of confirming if they had inventory of Smoke/CO2 units in stock. I was transferred from one department to the next waiting for somebody to answer and finally got transferred to receiving for whatever reason and that lady was livid she had to answer a ringing phone. Terrible performance and attitude all around.

I brought a product online ( it was already on sale) and the unprofessional people there went and sold it out from under me and then they tried to give me the display product that had been outside in the parking lot all winter and not only did they not give me a discount a busted up old parking lot product, but they charged my elderly mother delivery fee and they still haven't paid it back, they would have gotten one star for the whole thing but the second star is because they do have a lot of s*** there

I went in to buy some lumber for my aunties deck and I was talking to my friend who works in the lumber yard. This guy who I can only assume was his manager asked me who I was and why I was there so I tried telling him I was just talking to my friend trying to buy lumber, but before I could even finish he cut me off and in a rude tone just said "well you've talked to him now hit the road" and pointed at the door! I don't know why anyone would think that that's a good way to talk to customers. Absolute C**t

Everything tends to cost a significant amount more for identical if not the same products elsewhere in prince Albert. Lumbaryard staff are quick and knowledgeable and always seem to have valid input or a solution. The instore staff (cashiers) are pretty biased and for lack of better word racist.... They always call code 00 on whatever aisle I head too as if I'm some sort or theif. I understand i am not the cleanest guy fitting a certain demograph(sweaty, paint and oil on my hands) but they shouldn't be so blatantly calling out someone like that. Its embarrassing and actually hurts.

Poorest customer service I have ever had. No floor clerks to help. I had to move 2 doors that were leaned up against the racking to get the product I needed. Then move the big stairs to climb up and get the product I needed. Shame on you Rona. Jennifer the head cashier was rude. Wow

I always like to check quantities online before coming to the store , good prices and selection of goods. A well laid out store with helpful workers , but hard to find them at times.The yard workers are very eager to load what you have bought. Quick and easy with ample parking.

Went to talk to the person about a quote to have faux rock siding purchased and installed (website says we install) and she wouldn’t even sit down with me to give me a quote, said I’d have to order and find a handy man as it’s 5 hour min... guess they don’t want my money? Not helpful at all.

I was at Rona buying flowers which were very heavy and placed them in a cart. I have a clear limp to my walk as I have a bum knee. I asked for help from the cashier whom did not look interested in helping anyone. So I instead lifted these leg plants so she can scan the item. She could not locate the tag and looked at me through her sunglasses and said you need to go get a plant that I can scan. I asked I'm sorry is that not your job? She looked at me like I was asking her to perform surgery. Then said No it's not my problem you picked plants with no tag. I asked to speak to a manager and she ignored me completely. Then I went inside to speak to a manager and was standing at customer service for 10 minutes and agian no one helped me. So I left. Customer service is a vital part in these places. May not be a returning customer. And to the short blonde girl working in garden. Learn to respect your elders.

Pretty typical Rona store. For what it is it never seems very busy. It's laid out like a Rona sells the Rona Brands and has a decent lumber selection. Its clean and bright parking is always...ALWAYS great and there are never usually any lines.

Hard to find help in most areas of the store, with the exception of Matt from lumber Dept and Raymond in Hardware they are extremely helpful. The woman that runs the paint/blinds section is very good also.

Spent 10k in the last week there and had the WORSE experiences. First off I get my new washing machine home it works for two loads fills with water and then won't drain. I go back to the store the next day and was offered a $50.00 credit and was told they wouldn't take the dryer back because it had been used (I had purchased a pair and there were no other washers available in that style) and I wanted a pair. Keep in mind I just purchased on the same day a Washer, Dryer, Stove, Fridge, & Dishwasher. I also live an hour outside of PA so just bringing it back was a HUGE pain! I decided before taking it back to open the back and the pump and found a piece of packing plastic inside the pump. It now works so keep your $50.00. Today I stopped in to pick up items for my gas BBQ and to return a thermostat i had picked up earlier in the week. because I didn't have a receipt they offered me $29.00 on an item I had just paid $47.00 for and it was on their shelves still for $47.00. I collected my thermostat and left. I'll be utilizing other options going forward in Prince Albert. Terrible customer service.

The customer service in this store is getting worse. First you have flyer items which they don’t even carry so you can’t but it. Or have stock showing but don’t care to look for it or help in any way. Second the cashiers don’t know what there doing lately. Questioning printed orders from the construction table. Not noticing it putting in the right price given by a store employee. It’s been really frustrating lately shopping there.

I went get vent registers (2 of them) and it was a worker who helped me, showed him the size (had a pic of it). So I bought them, came home tried to put them on but they were to big. Went back and was only able to return 1 of them. ???? it wasn’t even an hour that I had bought them.
