Its a great place to go shopping for groceries and everything. I even bought a 50" samsung tv from here. The only downside to this store is that when you go outside with your groceries. You go anywhere near a shopping cart holding area and you are stopped by a bum wanting money to buy smokes.

I’ve been shopping here for years and I usually find everything I need and the points on groceries gives me free items and groceries it all adds up . The isles are wider than most so lots of room to shop when your not rushing

Typically I stay away from the bigger stores but had to go in to get something. The deals were great and the selection was awesome. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. There was security there and they were doing their job well as there was some shady character wandering around trying to hide from them. Regardless, I am convinced that it is a good store to go to.

We stopped here to grab sandwiches for lunch on the way to my daughters soccer game. The already prepped food was awesome and a decent price. When we went to pay we wanted to use some of our points and the clerk at the self checkout had no idea how to do it. The reason we went there in the first place was to redeem points since we spent so much on the trip already

Too many times I've experienced long lines at the cashier's check out, because there are only two or three cashiers working. Need more cashiers to speed up our check outs. We don't have time to wait half an hour in the line ups. We have work to do and other places to go,too. I also noticed that the customer service person/s do not try to help thin these busy line ups by going on the microphone to announce that they could take their items through, as long as nothing needs to be weighed. I watch these workers as they just lean on the counter with their arms crossed and do nothing to help out. These workers are just plain lazy.

Best place to buy groceries if your on a tight budget. Lots of self check-outs. Bright and well laid out. Always some sad story in the parking lot trying to bum money, but that seems to be everywhere in PA. ***Here's a tip*** If you're trying to save money on groceries, use the "clip n collect" service. This way you aren't tempted into buying stuff walking around...your order is picked and loaded into your car for you so you don't ever have to go into the store...nay nay buying stuff you didn't have on your list ????.

I went I to see the doctor at the walk in clinic in Superstore and it had closed early. I spoke to Sheldon at the pharmacy and had asked if he could help me out as I had ran out of my advair diskus and I was having difficulties breathing... he asked his necessary questions and filled an emergency fill for me. Sheldon could clearly see I was in distress and I would recommend to see him. Now that is customer service!???? Thanks Sheldon...

Enjoy shopping at Superstore, good selection, great prices. Only negatives are lack of checkstands open other than guaranteed hours, more staff in the aisles would be helpful as well.

Store was a typical superstore - decent produce, average prices. The bathroom (men's), however, was one of the most disgusting I've ever been in. It reeked of urine, there was soiled toilet paper everywhere, the ceiling tiles were burned with a lighter. It was insane and I didn't want to touch anything. I hope the employees have a different bathroom upstairs to use.

Price matches with Walmart directly across the street, has security just out front, and has coupons available as soon as you walk in. I've never seen a mess even when walking in there very late.

Yesterday was at this store. Wasn't impressed. Your mask mandatory for one. Handing out masks were over since August 29/ 2020, so you shouldn't try to make a buck from customers by selling them at the door. Another issue is, if masks are mandatory in your store, then follow all procedures. Didn't see anyone disinfecting all carts!! Or Santizing the conveyors and debit machines after each customer before proceeding to the next customer.

I give 4 stars because it seems this store can't be bothered to keep carts in the store. Other than that the store is mostly clean and the staff are friendly. They're changing stock around a lot so it's sometimes hard to know where things are. Also be careful of the prices on produce. Bought a tub of pine apple and not only did it taste bad it was priced 2 dollars more than any where else.

This store is in a rough area. They have a parking spot reserved just for police so that should tell you something. It is not that the store or staff are bad but the location is just really unfortunate. You will be able to find all the things you'd normally find in a Superstore with a few extra security measures though. I.e. locking cabinets where the clerk will have to unlock, coin unlock shopping carts either a looney or tooney, etc.

Often I find the staff to be nice and very helpful. I can generally find what I'm looking for and when they have sales on various products, they usually have a good supply of the products. I have had occasions like the other night when I was going through the checkout. The girl couldn't answer any of my questions and basically had no skill at figuring out how to resolve problems. I.E. we had produce that we had carefully chosen to get the best of the bags of pears they had. When we got to the checkout there wasn't a item code on it. She did pick up the phone/intercom once to get a price check. When she didn't get an immediate response she had no idea what to do next. She suggested not bothering to get the produce. We wouldn't have taken the time to get the pears if we didn't want them. I finally had to rush over to the produce dept, find a bag with the tag on it and carry the heavy bag back to the checkout. After all that she wanted us to take the random bag I grabbed which had no ripe fruit in it. She couldn't understand when I tried to explain to her that I wanted the fruit I had taken the time to pick out for quality. I actually had to argue with her to get my original pears back. It was frustrating and time consuming. There was a lineup by this time and I'm disabled so it was very tiring and caused me physical pain. Thank goodness that that isn't the norm there. It does bother me a bit that the parent company-Loblaws is starting to monopolize a lot of the market, especially now that they've added all the Shoppers Drugmart chain to their big collection of various stores.

Great place to shop for well-priced food. The only problem is they don't take AMEX so I have started to wander towards Save On and Coop. If you need something quick, probably not the best place to go because it's usually quite busy.

Was here in a outside professional capacity, a manager, tall older fellow was rather rude to me despite completing my duties early, and in a professional manner. If this is how he treats outside professional engagements I would hate to see how he treats his actual employees.

They all are about the same. Produce is often OK but not always. Tends to always be a wait at the till and self check out has a line up because no one is around to help customers. It will likely have everything you need otherwise.

Pretty good with their online ordering and pickup. I pickup every week and they always are missing something in my order but substitute with another. The guy Reece is usually working and he's super nice and makes sure you get everything you ordered. Definitely cheaper than save on foods but the meat and produce just doesn't compare to save on.

Do not, under any circumstances order online for pickup. They charge you for the wrong things at triple the cost and give you all rotten fruit. When you try to talk to customer service noone answers.

I love shopping at our Real Canadian Superstore. The prices are reasonable, the selection is wonderful, and the staff is friendly. On weekends they have every lane open for the most part between 10AM and 6 PM. They provide self-checkouts as an option instead of waiting in line. I love how they have free gifts for spending $250 or in some cases $300. I love my PC Optimum points. Overall, Superstore is where I do 99.9% of my shopping.

I realize these are trying times at grocery stores, but as a general rule, if I have to wait longer in line than it took me to get my groceries i simply leave them there and go somewhere else. Most of the time this occurs (as it did today) is people not following the item limits for Express / self checkouts. If there are numerous customers in the Express line with full carts I simply leave. Why are these item limits never enforced? This has occurred many times in the past at this location, which is why I seldom go here anymore.

I'm giving one star just to be able to say this, there self check out has the worst customer service in pa. Coop, save on , Walmart they all have someone who is actually there to help , and paying attention. My last 2 times through self check out I have waited longer then I should have because people weren't paying attention and the one girl was actually on her phone. If u guys can't have a decent employee to actually run the self check out shut it down!!

Everytime I buy food here it goes bad in a matter of a few days. There has been a couple instances where I unknowingly bought expired food off the shelves. Better to spend the extra few bucks and go elsewhere.

Was a long time loyal customer. Will never shop with Loblaws group ever again. After placing my order online, receiving notice it was ready for pickup. Showed up to find it wasn't ready, this was after waiting 15 minutes and calling back to see when it would be brought out. Somehow this became my fault for having believed Superstore when they contacted me to say it was ready. I can certainly understand human error, however when I get sworn at for simply trying to pick up my order (a service I had used many times) then have my complaint ignored. Shows gutless, careless, leadership by store manager as well as customer service 800 line. Never again.

My only beef is with the location. I really dislike how far away and difficult to get there personally. It's worse now with the construction, I miss the turn offs into the parking lot... BUT The staff are friendly, it's always clean and the prices are reasonable for groceries

Tried ordering online, first time I didn't receive $100 worth of groceries I had ordered and payed for. Had to return to the store where they refused to give me a refund receipt. Made my shopping experience an hour and a half longer then if I would have just done it myself. Now I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and order online again and they called me saying they wouldn't have my order done in time, had no idea when it would be ready. Would never suggest anyone order grocery online from superstore. Very poor customer service
