Very knowledgeable staff, they did have to order the part in, but found what I needed in their system within a minute of me walking in the door. A great place for anything you need having to do with small engine repair. And lots of new products to choose from as well, from chainsaws to robot lawnmowers!

The lady who served me was super fast when retrieving my part. It's a newer building on North end of the city therefore the interior is very clean. Parking lot and street parking available.

One of the guys behind the counter who wears a hat is very rude and does not have very good customer service attitude. He needs to learn how to deal with customers instead of bullying them and telling them they don't know what they are talking about. Instead of "can I help you" with a very arrogant tone to his voice, he could have said, "may I help you please" I try and avoid this place as much as I can.

Staff are busy so expect lines. Parts are readily available for you husqvarna riding mower. Just like me, I need to replace my blades every year cause of my yard. I see they have an automate yard mower. Its the coolest thing I seen in action...

Prices are very good. Spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters... way cheaper than places like Canadian Tire. They have lots of stuff in stock and rarely have to special order items. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have 4 lawn mowers and I buy all my parts for them here.

Purchased a generator under a year ago and this is its 4th time back. This generator runs a small mobile business and without we have no income from it. Lambert's can't fix it right and refuses to refund the 1300$ spent on it or replace it. The GM is a blow hard who talks big with no follow through. You're better off going to princess auto. You'll get better service and a better machine.

Earlier this month we asked Lambert to repair two small machines, STIHL hand trimmer and Ariens field trimmer. Lambert's exceeded our expectations both are running better than new. Each machine was cleaned spotlessly as well, right down to the wheels. Lambert will receive my business again.

They WILL NOT stand behind their product, and will try and screw you any chance they get. The service department is NOT to be trusted. They act like they are better then you, and think you know nothing when you come to them with an issue. I Caught them in a down right LIE when I decided to contact the saw company myself, when they claimed there was nothing that they could do. Save yourself the hassle, and go to Mini-tune, Rent-it store, or any other number of service shops in the city!

Went in looking for an electric start mower. Salesman said they were too expensive and that I wanted the model they had on sale. Tried to ask another question about it and got told just to buy the one on sale. Salesman walked away after and I left. Went to a different dealer in town and had a way better experience. Paid 1200 for an electric start push mower later that evening. Would not reccomend.

Lost a customer after 30 seconds of talking to them. Rude and do not listen to what you have to say before telling you what they need. I had given all the information but if he stopped speaking he would of heard it. Instead he tried to overpower me and talked down to me. Never recommending and will do my best to send people away from here on out.

Sold the wrong chainsaw (a previous generation) after I asked for the newest model. Paid the sale price of the newest one. Didn't realise until I got home. Returned 2 days later after I realised the bait and switch. The manager ignored me and sent me to deal with the same salesman who was incredibly rude and informed me that I had asked for the older model. When I stood firm and said I asked for the newest model he grunted as though I was an lying, told me that they wouldn't have any of the new models until 3 months later, and then angrily refunded my money, the whole while muttering angrily under his breath. Will actively encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Bill at Lambert was awesome, he went the extra mile getting me set up with a chain for my saw. He took a very dirty and well worked saw, cleaned it out, built a chain for me as they didn't have the one in stock for my saw, and walked me through some pointers on new chain break in. Great guy, I highly recommend the store off of my visit with them today. Thanks Bill!
