I was unhappy with fish department. Recommend buying fish online, its easy and better chances of healthy fish. The prices in this store, in my opinion are ridiculously high. Have to put one star to post, wouldn't get that otherwise.

I came in for help with a harness for my dog and all the staff were very helpful with finding the appropriate harness and we were able to try it in the store. My dog says "woof ruff woof woof", which means a plus treats and great head rubs!

Wow, what a place! Every employee I encountered was happy to be there, very knowlegable, and very helpful. Even though they were in the middle of doing inventory! A ton of different and varied products and very good pricing. Ezcelent surprise walking in this store. Highly recommend visiting.

Terrible service - owner / manager has a very pompous attitude - I was quoted a price over the phone and confirmed that they had the product in stock, the price, and asked that they save me one. When I arrived at the store they had saved me not the product that was discussed and then the price was not honored for the substitute. The manager did not even want to discuss it and was very rude. This is not the first time I've been treated by the manager this way as it has been ongoing. I went to a another store Top Shelf Feeds Inc. and got the product I wanted and it was almost half the price Mother Nature was charging. Lucky for me!

Got to store after they had locked the gate for the soil, manure etc. but one of the staff opened it up to provide me with a last minute purchase. Nursery staff is great and knowledgeable. They also offer workshops!

I have driven by Mother Nature many times visiting my daughter and Husband that live near by. And my husband and myself finally went in and looked around. Fantastic place the store has everything that you would be interested in wanting in a nursey as far as plants, orchids, succulents, variery of pots, even fish. I will surely shop there again as I did this time.

Mother Nature is THE go to store for everything garden, pet, home décor, pond, and beyond! Hanging baskets, moss baskets, annuals, perennials, and garden edibles are hands down the best quality in town!! You can see the attention and care that goes into maintaining their plants! Mother Nature has endless pet nutrition options with extremely knowledgeable staff to go with. Many Canadian brands and natural or raw options. What I like most about shopping there is the fantastic customer service from staff and their happy faces! You can tell they are trained and treated so well by the owners! For a successful store that's been in business for 30+ years... they're definitely doing things right!!

I’m very disappointed in how Mother Nature treats customers who have legitimate health reasons for a mask exemption. They could at least provide a website for Healthy Canadians to view their products if they are going to bar them from entry to their store. I’ve observed them to treat customers unfairly and disrespectfully, as if having a mask exemption makes one an unlawful citizen. The employees and managers could benefit from improving their communication skills and showing more decency and respect when implementing public health orders to customers who spend hard earned money in their store.

Will not buy from them again. They refused to exchange a garden rake saying that the garden rake was not from their store, even though we have a receipt from less than one week ago. Too bad...we've been regular shopper there since we moved to Powell River.
