I worked a full winter out in some nasty storms doing a great job then got fired because I missed one meeting cause I was super sick from getting their work done. I felt highly betrayed to get fired over information I could have been emailed or have been assigned a new team and just notified instead of stripping me of my only method of survival which resulted in me loosing my residence.
