Had some very large trees close to the house. Robbie and his team organized a safe removal using a crane. Everything went very smoothly, and Robbie does an excellent job of staying in contact. When the crane operator had to reschedule Robbie let me know right away -- I appreciated being kept in the loop. The whole team was very professional, and I appreciated that they held a safety briefing at the start of the job to identify and manage the risks -- this should be standard practice but not everyone does it!

I first contacted RR Property Care when a branch of a large and suspect Maple tree had broken. Robbie came the next day to assess the tree, provide a quote, and explain how he would take the tree down. He also suggested I contact other arborists for additional quote and making sure whoever I opt to go with has the proper certifications and insurance. Not only did Robbie provide a very competitive quote, his communication from first contact to the completion of the job was great and I'd definitely be a repeat customer if the need ever arises.
