I have to disagree with justaguy, I find pricing is deeeeCent, though I live in Hali now, I always drop by when I’m visiting family in PC. The $ I save there pays my gas down. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have more selection than some of the grow shops in the city, and lower prices so it only makes sense shop at Howie’s.
