My family has dealt with B H for many years. I recently took in my mower to be fixed and they did a wicked job. Had it ready sooner than I expected, and it's now working better than ever. My grass stands no chance!! lol. Thanks to the whole crew at B H for your great customer service and work.

Always have good service there but it can be tricky to back in or out of there if your not good at backing up with a trailer attached though.

May not be a fancy store front but these guys told me it would take 2 weeks to get to and fix my gen...it was exactly that long....and it now starts flawless first pull for a repair bill which was less than one typically would expect....probably ...again...because you're not paying for a fancy storefront. Friendly service as well! A+

Gave me the wrong belt for my mower.when I wanted to return it he didn't want to give me a replacement belt said it has a bit of wear on it.i told him if he had given me the correct belt in the first place it would not have any wear if it had any wear I seen very little wear. He through another belt at me and told me not to come back. Great customer service
