I called for service and was told " I don't have time to take your information for a quote because I am on my way to hockey." I was then told to apply online for a quote instead. The employee answering the phone could not clearly confirm if snow removal was something they also provide as a service. I felt if this company wanted my business (2 properties) than they would have taken 5 min to get my info.

I really needed them to come through for me and they let me down. I asked Craig to quote on an overgrown property, he had me pay in advance and backed out at the last minute. He was worried that it might put wear on his mower. He did give me my money back and told me how busy he was. No recommendation from me.
