I called shortly after getting home because I had a question about my Pitcher Plant and the lady who answered the phone was so incredibly sweet and helpful. Plant Goals owns a special place in my heart. They have brought me so much joy - sounds like an overstatement, but it's really not - throughout this strange lockdown experience. Their online shopping experience is easy, affordable and due to the variety of plants, very enjoyable. Being able to do curbside pickup has been a bright spot in many a dull day. Their shop, when I am able to visit, offers an oasis of green that is a mini-vacation. Best of all, my living space has been transformed into an indoor garden that I enjoy as much if not more than my summer-time flowers and veggies. Thankyou Plant Goals!

Such an adorable little shop to visit but the website and delivery options are excellent too. Especially when navigating the pandemic or if you don’t drive and it’s too cold to safely get your plants home. The plants are really exceptionally gorgeous and a great variety is available at many price points and experience levels. The staff are so friendly and helpful both in-person and virtually! They always have a great range of plants in their store, and their website is easy to use and consistently updated so you know which plants they have in. They make ordering online easy and even offer free local delivery which is AMAZING! I've purchased plants in-store from them before, but today was my first time receiving a plant I'd ordered online. The entire process was smooth from the order confirmation to the actual delivery. I live in a house that is split into apartments (student life), and they followed the directions which entrance to leave it at perfectly! I even received a delivery email as soon as it was dropped off to notify me it had been delivered. And, as a student, the goals system is great because I can save up goals to use on future purposes! The hardest part about dealing with Plant Goals is choosing which plants to buy, everything else is easy and enjoyable.

I just ordered a plant for the first time from Plant Goals I don't get downtown as often as I would like....the website really attracted me, and I was looking for a ZZ plant for a room that has little light. After some research and a recommendation by Frankie Flowers, I found the one that I needed at Plant Goals. I ordered and it was delivered to my office extremely fast...and the plant is gorgeous, so healthy and actually bigger than I thought (which is a good thing). I would definitely recommend this wonderful store to anyone who is a plant person (or not).

The plants are beautiful, good prices but I found the employee to be rude. Showed up 10 mins into my 15 min pickup slot and she told me to be on time next time, that the plants could've died outside. This is after she left me waiting outside 5 mins while she put together my order. Will go somewhere else next time.
