Our largest project to date has been an addition to our home along with a large composite lumber deck and interlock stone patio. We hired Sean and his team in Spring 2020 to complete three projects for us at the same time – A backyard concrete patio, a front concrete walkway, and to dig and set 20 fence posts in our backyard. I have used Peterborough Property Maintenance annually over the past 5 years to do several tasks from laying sod, building a fence and patio, installing interlocking brick and a ceiling repair due to extensive water damage. I also use his service in the Spring to power wash my property, do yard clean up as well as Spring and fall maintenance. They have done a great job edging most of the property and spreading compost. After every grass cutting, they uses a grass trimmer, leaf blower and a broom if necessary and take away any debris. He often calls or drops by to make sure I'm satisfied with the service provided. I can't say how many times I've called with a mini emergency and he's been able to send someone to help me out right away. I highly recommend Sean and his team who are honest, efficient and productive and plan to use his service as long as I'm a home owner.

This past spring, right in the midst of the Covid pandemic, water began to enter into my basement living space. We discovered it when my daughter found puddles of water on her bedroom floor. (we live in the basement apartment & rent out the main level). Luckily, I had Sean’s contact info from a previous inquiry. He came out immediately. Upon some investigating, it was confirmed that there were major issues with the weeping tile, tree roots, improper grading and a high water table. It was a big mess that had to be fixed ASAP. Sean made his recommendations & we went ahead with the job. A major excavation was begun addressing all issues including some additional ones that presented themselves along the way. The crew were incredible! Always kind & respectful of my family & my property. I was comforted by their confidence that the work they were doing would fix the issue. The quote I received was fair & comprehensive. There were no surprises. In fact, some of the work ended up being less than the original quote & I was credited. During the project, on days when I thought no work was to be done due to the rain. Sean would show up to check the drainage. I could tell that I was priority & he sincerely wanted to resolved my issue. Today, I have a dry & safe basement living space for my family. Professional, Meticulous, Timely, Great value and responsive! Myself and 5 neighbours had PPM install 65 fence posts (6 x 6 x 12'). within 2 days PPM quoted us, organized a start date and was sourcing materials. They worked quickly, were very friendly and helpful, and most importantly they were right on budget and completed the job in 4 days. Great value, great work and the posts were installed with perfection. Would recommend them to anyone in the Peterborough area.
