I had my first experience with Gardens Plus during early stages of Covid. I ordered online and had contactless curbside pick-up. Everything was smooth and safe and my plants are doing great a month now later! I was even provided a small instruction sheet with tips for transplanting and when. Will definitely be back!

After looking at their beautiful website way back in January this year, I decided to get a jump on things and placed an order. It couldn't be easier and more fun. I have belonged to OHA in various capacities over the years, and I can't believe I haven't noticed daylilies before. How beautiful they are; the overwhelmingly different colours and sizes and blooming times. It's like a whole new world. When I contacted Gardens Plus, I received such a warm, welcoming, and helpful customer service that I was tempted to over-buy - but then I got myself in order, and remembered that I had to PLANT all those purchases. I ordered several plants in May from GardensPlus and another source online. The GardensPlus plants were small (a one inch sprig of Hakone grass for $17 that is barely growing) and 6 bunchberry plants arrived with many yellowing, mildew infected leaves. Only the hosta were in good shape. When I wrote to them, they said I was the first customer to ever complain about my order and wait a few weeks to see how the plants do. All of the plants have gotten the same care and the ones from the other supplier are thriving. Meanwhile, 3 of the bunchberry have died despite my best efforts and a foamy bells (another $17 plant) looks like it will join it soon. So disappointed.

After several years of buying from Gardens Plus I finally got a wrong order. I kept the incorrect plant and got an immediate full refund for the ordered plant. Unfortunately it isn't for sale this season or I would replace it, hands down the best service in the business with prompt accurate orders generally and no issues

Dawn was able to locate and order the tree I was interested in even though she didn't carry it, helped me get it to my home when I overestimated the size of my car and has continued to answer my questions since I planted it.
