They showed up prompt and early. Both employees that came to my property were respectful, polite and appeared to work well together. They re-did mulching that another property’s maintenance business did a sloppy job at and did it to my exact demands. I’d reccomend to anyone who wants a quality job done.

I can't say anything about the work Clint's does....but if they work like they drive, your house is gonna fall down. While waiting to turn left at the Park/Charlotte intersection, the light was yellow...stale yellow in fact ...Clint's pickup came roaring through, way above the speed limit and way too late....the light was red as he passed through the intersection and i was alarmed at having to make my turn on a red. He narrowly missed colliding with me. Thoughtless dangerous driving. If I needed my property maintained, I certainly wouldn't hire Clint's.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the work crew from Clints Property Maintenance. I have not experienced any of the issues that have been posted in the review area. I am a person that is hard to please and they made sure in every step of the job they did what I wanted and also suggested a few things that I did not even think of. My back yard is ready for entertaining once the covid crisis is over, looking forward to showing off my backyard to my friends.

Today we had the unexpected pleasure of dealing with Clint’s grass cutting service! Our son, daughter-in-law and family recently moved to Peterborough, today we were at their new home, to help install a fence, first needed to cut a thick lawn with a hand mower, Clint’s Property Maintenance were in the area and stopped by to help! Can’t begin to tell you how appreciative we were! Very pleasant, professional and did a great job! If we hear of anyone looking for property maintenance, this is the company we will be recommending!! Drives like a moron . Drives slow in the fast lane and speeds up when you try to pass . Shouldn't put your company name on your truck if your going to try and run people off the road .

these guys were doing work at the Comstock parking lot at 1 in the morning, some guy went out to talk to them so I opened my window to listen, the guy went up and started talking and the man working who later described himself as the general manager started raising his voice at this guy, asking what noise they were making and telling him to call the cops. From now on if I see Clints Property management I will definetely be judging whatever business they are doing work for. I understand sometimes work must be done early in the morning but they should at least be polite and professional when waking people up
