I'm a regular shopper here, pre-pandemic, and online during the pandemic. Brenda's store is my go-to gift shop for others, and for myself! Art pieces, beautiful garden-themed things, bird feeder and seed supplies. On one of our last pick-up visits from an online order, my husband asked about the outdoor carpets that Avant-Garden stocked last year, and they sold out so quickly! This was months and months ago. Brenda offered to put us on a call list for when her order arrived. We got a call yesterday, I ordered online this morning and picked it up at 2 pm. Incredible customer service that you receive when you shop local, and Brenda and her team are amazing. Thanks so much!

Great store with excellent knowledgeable staff and a huge assortment of items for home or for gifts. Have used in last year for curbside pickup which was very easy and less than 5 minutes in and out with items but in trunk of my car.

Wonderful store. Many unique gift items and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The squirrel buster bird feeder are fantastic, they really work! We have 3 of them in our garden and my wife and I love watching the birds come and go. We also have fun watching the squirrels not being able to get at the bird seed. Brenda is so knowledgable and helpful she has been able to help us out with any question we have had about attracting birds to our garden.

I wanted some Maple leaf coasters to take back to the UK with me, but was having trouble finding any locally in BC. I contacted Avant Garden via their website and was so impressed with how prompt, helpful and friendly Brendas response was. It’s a level of service rarely seen these days (at least not in England) and was very much appreciated! I would thoroughly recommend anyone to use this wonderful store, either in person as others have recommended or on line which seems equally great!
