The flowers were so fresh, beautifully designed and arranged. Many people were completely astonished at how amazing they were. We were beyond impressed with the quality and the size of the arrangements. We have ordered many times without hesitation. The perpetual arrangements they have designed for my family are breathtaking and heartwarming . Many of my friends as well as myself have thoroughly enjoyed the workshop as well I would highly recommend them for a fun night out . Tanis and Amy are excellent at customer service and customer satisfaction.

Spent over 2000 on flower arrangements for my wedding and ended up with tiny bouquets of dying flowers, the eucalyptus was molding and I got fake succulents after requesting and paying for real ones. They were nothing like what I described or showed to her. At the time i ordered them she appeared friendly and understanding of everything. When we confronted the owner in person after she dropped the flowers off, she continued to disagree, argue with us, and told us 'thats what we paid for.' The only dissapointment to an otherwise perfect day. Wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

After friends relocated to the Parry Sound area from the GTA, and I was unfamiliar with that area, I found PMG online. I called and spoke to Amy who was friendly and exceptionally helpful. My friends were extremely happy with the house warming gift that Amy and company prepared and delivered to them.

Wow avoid going here I spoke with Tanis she offered one thing on the phone did completely the opposite spent $355 and they didn't deliver when they said they were going to deliver it actually took a full nother day or two I'm not even sure exactly because they misled they didn't send pictures like they said they were going to I asked for a fruit basket they put nuts in their Chee cheese crackers chocolate will my aunt is 80 your most 80 years old she can't have the chocolate she can't have any nuts it was never ever discussed but they did it anyway they took my money and they ran then I tried to phone them and of course they don't even answer or pick up the phone I get a you you would be busy but your customer service says everything so I will be reporting this everywhere that I can so that nobody else goes through what I've gone through originally I spoke to Tanis like I said she seemed to be nice on the phone then the following day I spoke to the other half of the owner who was very rude Who basically told me that I was not promised a delivery date which I was she clearly said to me that the following day was a better day to have it delivered as they wouldn't be too busy so avoid this place go to your local grocery store you know what you're going to get you won't be filled with lies you'd think that they would have at least tried to compensate by giving me back at at the very least the delivery charge cuz they did not give what they said they were going to give but that of course did not happen either so Merry Christmas businesses like this don't stay going remember tennis Amy whoever you were that I spoke to the second day we are the ones that pay for you to continue to keep that store open and with these kind of results this won't be happening also look on Facebook for my viewpoint on this place and also there is a place that describes businesses it will also be posted in there G. Pardon My Garden provided the florals for my wedding this past August and it was a pleasure working with them at every stage. When the florals arrived they were better than I could have ever imagined, they even incorporated my "something old" into the bouquet the week before the wedding. Tanis and Amy help us create our final vision and worked with us through every step. They were also great at coaching us about how we could re-use florals during different aspects of the day to help reduce our expenses and waste. Our guests could not get over how beautiful all of the arrangements were. They truly are amazing and these photos do not do them justice!
