We hired OGS to redesign our small-ish backyard and add a fibreglass pool. They exceeded our expectations. Here's the bottom line. You can trust that they will tell you what they will do and then do it even better than you expect. You can't put a price on that. But pricing was competitive. My friend recommended them to me. And now I recommend them to you. Its the client experience that sets OGS apart. Rich came by, measured our yard and sent us a beautiful design. He also gave us a number of websites to select our pool. We really felt like he was eager to find the perfect design for us. He even sent us rendered video showing us what the end result would look like. After we landed on the basic design, he connected us with expert lighting and garden designers. The attached pics don't do our backyard justice. After confirming the design and pool model, Rich kept us in the loop in terms of when our pool install would start. We were waiting for it to be manufactured and shipped to us. The work crew were equally impressive. When placing our armor stone retaining wall, we thought certain rocks would be better placed elsewhere. Instead of trying to avoid the extra work, the team said, "You have to look at this wall every day. You need to love it." Then we worked together to find the right stone arrangement. This experience reflects our entire experience with OGS. Drew and Brody made sure our experience during the construction was both predictable and convenient. We are very happy with our experience and the end result. There's not much more you can ask for. Oh, and OGS was very respectful during the pandemic with social distancing and wearing masks when we had to meet up.

I recently had a pool installed and needed the landscaping done. OGS came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. The process started with a meeting with Rich designer/project manager to come up with a design that we would love. Rich was exremely helpful and had some amazing ideas. Once the pool was installed his crew led by his foreman Josh along with crew members Ryan, Benji and Alex started the installation. From start to finish Josh and crew were very professional, the morale on site was always positive and they were always available to answer questions I had. You can tell by the way the crew worked together OGS has great culture in its company. The end result was something out of a magazine. I am truly pleased with the way everything came together. I highly recommend this company.
