Has a town house, only access to the backyard is thru the living room and kitchen. No one was interested to carry 400 sq ft of patio slabs thru this path. (Plus the gravel, dirt etc...) but Michael made it happen! Thank you

Like many small business owners i expect, he experienced some issues with an employee (who was in charge of our job) who behaved unprofessionally. But Michael dealt with it swiftly and completed the project quickly and to our satisfaction. We respect and appreciate his efforts to uphold the good reputation of his company and get the job done right. We now have a very well planted, and good-looking cedar hedge that will add privacy and visual appeal to our yard. This company and Michael Durham may be professional on the other side of business, and the doing part but behind the scenes, he has shown disrespect, greed, and taking advantage to get what he wanted, and not a person of his word. In a verbal agreement to provide details for a landscape project, as a designer and agreeing to move forward with it, and then rescinding, and not even an offer to pay for gas, and his excuse....well that's all how all landscapers work. Inauthentic in soul. Good for him. A huge loss of income for me. Thank you for the response, it is a very convenient one to not take responsibility and ownership for your words and still owe some compensation/money. Good luck to you in the future... Michael Durham Landscaping. I hope other's in the field don't work like this on the backend of business.

The plan presented to us for our landscaping job did not include a retaining wall which I pointed out would be needed - I was reassured that it would work. When the work was done, we have a hill of rocks with no supports, just waiting for a landslide. I was told it would be an additional cost to put the wood in. When I tried to talk to Michael to understand his logic, he has not returned phone calls. The job is unfinished and we will need to find someone else now to do it.

This company was great, we used there service for not only our personal tree root to be dug out but also my mother in-law’s tree as well. They were cautious when setting up to prevent damage to interlocking when getting Machinery to the back yard. Very friendly and we love that they are local.
