I would recommend this company for sure. I have lived the nightmare of a poor landscaper who did the job extremely poorly and after I did extensive research I called Acorn to quote on the repair job. Mike, Tammy and the crew at Acorn did an amazing job. The crew is very knowledgeable and you can tell why the company is celebrating its 30th year! This is the 3rd job Acorn has completed on my street, in 2004 they completed a lockstone driveway that still looks great. Acorn will be on the top of my list for future landscaping jobs for sure.

Worst Worst customer service I have ever seen. Mike came 6 weeks ago and told me the estimate would be ready in maximum of weeks. But I didn't hear a word from them. When I contacted them, they said they are very busy then I am just wondering why did they come to my property to give me an estimate which they cannot do. Even if they are extremely busy, this is the 7th week going on and I should've got atleast an estimate or email with an apology. Nothing from their side. I do not recommend them at all! Please don't waste your time and money on them. Sorry, I didn't get any voicemails from Acorn landscaping! Moreover, I was told by you that the estimate would be sent to my email. That is what everybody does if you do not know. I wonder this is how you explain it to your customers who are waiting for your estimation for more than weeks and will be given an answer that a voicemail was sent rather than an email or SMS or call again! Very disappointing service! If you are unusually busy, then why are you ready to take more customers when you cannot even meet the demand! Also, it is unbelievable that you guys 'assumed that I could've found someone'! That is not so professional!

I have used Acorn Landscaping for over 10 years to perform grass cutting in the summer and snow plowing in the winter. They always exceed my expectations. When I moved house, I contracted Acorn to build a large patio and raised vegetable garden, as well as interlocking around my driveway and preparation for paving. They did a superb job. Their guys are hard working and very respectful and the owner, Mike, is very easy to deal with during design and through construction. Going forward, they became the logical choice to create the yards. The time spent with Linda to lay out the design, select plants, bushes and trees was amazing. Then the crew showed up. A great bunch of guys who were knowledgeable about what they were doing, very competent and respectful of our property. Change orders were not an issue along the way. Whole job was one week. We received a quote from Mike to have some edging stones installed on the sides of our driveway. I was corresponding my email with I am guessing may have been his wife. I asked if they would do a cash deal and I asked her about a couple of bad reviews I had read. I found her to be very rude and then basically wished me well with our project. She was telling me that she did not want our business. Who does business like this? They did a job on the house down the street from us and I find when I look at the house that the front steps they installed look odd and not straight. Perhaps just as well we didn't do business.
