I don't even want to share but I spoke to someone there, I had a question..well the guy was extremely rude. I will not return. Maybe he was having a bad day but don't yell at potential customers on the phone. Also my car broke down in front of their store. One man walks out totally ignoring us.. like it was really cold..he never offered shelter or anything.

Definitely 5 stars here. Since the older admin front staff lady is gone, conducting business here, has become a breeze. The staff does it's best to help, where it can. I have bought here before and ask to have a window glass replaced, in a venyl living room window. It was done on time and swiftly And to a good price. Recently I ordered a custom sauna window and door glass for a sauna I just had build. It took quite some time to come in, but it was well made and did not budge, despite of the high temperature changes it was exposed to. When it's minus 20 Cel outside, and you heat up the sauna to 100 Cel, the stress on these windows is quite remarkable, especially when you start pouring water onto the rocks and hot steam start circulating. When a friend of mine managed to break the window with a crowbar, I ordered exactly the same window again. After I put it into place, I noticed some scratches in the glass. Without arguing about the who, when, where and why, the store ordered me a new window with a rush order: alll for free. NOW, THAT IS No Hassle SERVICE!!!

I just bought a house and the windows were in rough shape. The guys at Otillia glass and mirror came out to assess the windows and gave me an amazing price on replacing 6panes of glass. They took my screens to fix those as well. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. Both of my dogs also concur with this review. They supervised the guys installing the windows and agree they did a great job. We highly recommend this company.

When I had to replace the glass on my wood stove door. Instead of bringing in the door as I should have, I took the measurements myself. Turns out I was incorrect with the measurements. Fortunately Orillia Glass graciously trimmed down the glass at no additional cost. Thanks guys!

During a very stressful basement reno, we ordered a large size glass panel for our shower stall and the installation of it crucial to pass a final inspection. In a time of pandemic causing back orders, overpayment of supplies and endless delays in other sectors my anxiety reached an all time high. OGandM were considerate in listening to my plight, timely in their assessment and delivery, reasonably priced and kept their word throughout the process. If you are looking for quality product, staff who dont pay lip service just to make a sale and are friendly, then OGnM should be your first and last stop. Extremely disappointed. The team came out to quote our properties windows. After walking the guys around for over an hour and showing them the windows (during peak season of our seasonal business) that needed quoting; we were to receive a quote within a few days. Three weeks later; still nothing. Called and asked for the quote in which they replied “nah we’re not quoting you, we’re too busy”. At least a courtesy call would be appreciated as now we are hunting for windows in the 11th hour, heading into winter. Being business owners ourselves this is unacceptable. We would appreciate a follow up call to this review.
