Freskiw"s is a small gardening centre on Highway 11 North towards Orillia. Fteskiw is a convenient stop for your gardening needs on your trip North to Orillia or on the way to Muskoka... their selection is limited to annuals but they do have some perennials and selected bushes in stock.

Went there for flowers, was overwhelmed at the abundance and quality. I grabbed a cart and got 2 flats of marigolds & 3 hanging ferns. Wishing I got much more, it was all just so beautiful. Might return for some porch planters! ????????

Great pit stop on the way to the cottage for produce. We mainly get corn here. Everything we've bought has been fresh and tastes amazing!

I was very surprised,, passed it many times. I can see why its never busy. The selection is very limited. Some of the items including cucumber were not local. I will not go back.

They have the best plants anywhere hands down. The prices are amazing. I would recommend it 100 percent. I drive over an hour just to get their plants.

I had the worst experience in my life at this greenhouse. My van broke down across the road from this greenhouse on the first November snow fall. My 2 small children and I went into the greenhouse to wait for my husband to arrive. He was an hour away so we bought a bag of chips and sat in the corner. At one point my 7 year went to step outside and an elderly employee who appeared to be the manager/owner (?) came over and yelled at him in a nasty tone. We had purchased something in his greenhouse and were staying out of sight as I felt we weren't welcomed there. I also had a few glares from this man before he rudely yelled at my son. Just to add to this story it was very early on a Saturday morning, with over a month before Christmas! The greenhouse was empty anyway! I was devastated that someone could be so rude to a mother and two small children who were in need of some help. We had also moved to the area 2 months previously. What a way to be welcomed to the area! Unfortunately, after that I couldn't bring myself to spend a dime on Christmas trees or summer produce at this greenhouse. What a shame since I live 5 minutes away.

Dropped in here today. My first time visiting. I think they might be one of the few garden centres that has any hanging flower basket available. They are gorgeous and still a few to choose from. They sell fresh produce and house plants. No line up and the staff is very helpful. Definitely making a stop next season. Theses are the mosquito plant and crispy wave an indoor plant they help purify the air. Sooo beautiful!!!

Amazing selection of planters, farmer’s market fresh produce, some plants, sauces, jams, candles, etc. Reasonable prices too for the most part. Friendly staff. Loved my visit. Will return. Highly recommend.

There are local goodies, from pies to flowers. The store is easily accessible from HWY 11.
