A nice small home hardware. Excellent staff and they're taking the coronavirus more seriously than most other locations. Kudos to them for stepping up and not being bullied when someone tried telling them to loosen the restrictions because we're in stage 2. Will definitely be back.

Great nook to buy that hard to find thingamajig for your washroom. The friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff will help you find that elusive gasket or wierd sized nut for your shower head. Keep up the good work folks!

For a smaller store, you can often find what you need. I needed some screws by the pound and they had a fair assortment. Much cheaper for small projects than buying a whole box of screws you don't need

This is the BEST Home Hardware. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products that they carry. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have. It's been a month and I am still not happy. I went to Yorktown home hardware and I forgot my mask. I asked if they might have one for me so I could shop. After a bit of searching they found a box and as she was giving me the mask she tells me that will be $2 for the mask. I told her no thank you and left. I went to Home Depot where they have a box of masks at the front door that were free. Now, I would have been ok paying the actual cost of the mask, but for them to make a profit during a pandemic is very sad. The last four weeks I have spent nearly $600 at Home Depot that I would have easily spent at Home Hardware. I believe in keeping the local companies in business. I am off to Home Depot again today to spend more money.

Breaks my heart to do this but ordering the simplest of stuff online and needing to wait days for things that are 5 feet into the store and take less than 20 seconds to collect should not take multiple days for curbside pickup. Instead of supporting local, I have to support Amazon for better reliability in something that is a thousand miles away instead of a 30 second drive away. I understand employees are going through a lot personally, and at work with the crazies but I can't find reasoning for these kinds of delays and laid back ethics.

Very convenient location. Besides specific items pretty much found every general item at competitive prices compared to big box stores. Some associates are cooperative and friendly other found kind of rude. During covid returns policy were much more rigid than other similar stores. About store owner information not widely displayed in store which I have seen in other home hardware locations.

I'm not sure how they do it considering it's such a small store, but they always have what you are looking for. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. This has become my go to hardware store.

This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had for curbside. my father was told to show up in about an hour . I was listening in as he was on speaker phone my father doesn't hear so well but I do . and then he was called a liar when they told him to come back the next day that they had not told him to come to the parking lot in an hour over an hour and a half wasted and no merchandise to show for it.

I am amazed at the things they have. While not having the inventory of the big box stores they still manage to have the oddball tool or part that you need and can't get anywhere else. Staff are very helpful as well.

I didn't get her name but when I showed up without having pre-ordered with an urgent need for a product to deal with my elderly mother's plugged toilet, your hard working and helpful employee accommodated me just the same. Although Home Hardware stores are already known for customer service, she sure made my day by going the extra mile.
