More durable/rugged with options to fasten them down. Sometimes it's the little things too ... there is a tag that tells you where the front is which I find very handy. We've been looking to replace our outdoor furniture covers for some time now. The furniture is a bit larger than the popular sizes and getting the right fit was difficult to find. The covers we got from Outdoor Covers Canada were just the right fit and a much better quality material than anything we had been seeing. There was a slight error in the order - my fault - and Outdoor Covers Canada caught it and contacted me. I ended up getting what I wanted, not what I ordered. Outdoor Covers Canada is a great company to deal with. I live in Alberta and when I ordered my product they communicated with me, the product shipped, I was able to track it and arrived in a timely manner and exactly what is was looking for. They work with you to find either a stock item or custom item that fits your needs. I emailed them then looking for a custom cover and they recommended some of their stock items which saved me a bunch of money. The covers are well made, easy to take on and off, keep my furniture dry, covered from the sun so they don't fade and come with storage bags. I would highly recommend these guys!!!!

I tried Outdoor Covers Canada by referral from a friend and glad I did. I purchased a box chair cover and a sectional cover (Slicker). Both are great quality and fit the furniture well. There is Velcro tabs at each corner / end to keep the cover down in wind. The weight of the covers also helps keep it from flying away. They look great and I found the company super helpful in determining which were the right size covers for my furniture. I was thinking I needed to get customized ones but they explained how to work with the standard size and save money! Very professional. They also didn’t take long to arrive- about a week. So, candidly, I just put them out onto our deck space over the furniture, obviously I cannot comment on performance as it is far too early, consequently the 4 star rating. I will say this however, out of the package I am very impressed with the apparent quality. The fabric has an expensive appearance and a substantial feel. Much nicer than the covers that originally came with the set which was, frankly high end. Also, I will add that I was very impressed with the client services we received. Very punctual, very attentive and very communicative. At my age (71) I had lost hope that any level of great customer service had gone the way of the dodo bird, you have proven my wrong. Thank you.

I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of the Venture Touring XL Motorcycle Cover #63175. I had ordered another cover from a different company and the quality is far superior on this one. The other brand did not fit the bike at all and seemed to be more for a sports bike than for a cruiser as advertised. This cover fit my Vulcan 900 with Touring bags perfectly - great cover so far. The service was excellent - they helped me select the cover and even made special arrangements to have it picked up - I am very satisfied with my purchase, great job guys!

They make great quality covers for outdoor furnitures. I had a hard time finding any cover that would fit my Costco Niko collection patio set. Even Costco don’t carry any cover that would fit. Until I found Outdoor Covers Canada. They carry many covers with sizes you won’t be able to find anywhere else. The quality is exceptional. Interior of the cover is a soft cloth texture and for sure will not cause any damage to your furnitures! It fits my patio set so perfectly and I hope it will last many years to come!

NOTE: due to Covid the BBQ that this was fitted for has not arrived yet hence why it's not snug. I ordered a custom cover from my outdoor kitchen and the response was fast efficient and effective. Leo and his team were able to walk me through all the various options and show examples of previous work to meet all of my needs. The personal service from Leo and team was such a welcome experience. Multiple calls to educate me and to walk me through all the options and they nailed it. My cover fits my large “L” shaped outdoor couch like a glove. And it looks pretty good, but more importantly as soon as we received it, we put it on and it rained for five days straight and once we finally got sun, we removed it and the cushions were bone dry. The other good news was that Leo was able to use one of their stock covers and it arrived in just a few days. This compared to my other option, which was a custom cover from an Atlanta-based company that manufactured over seas, for more than twice the price and the delivery was going to be 6 to 8 weeks. What a win/win/win, I shopped local and helped the Canadian economy, I saved a ton of money and got exactly what I needed and immediately and Leo wins, because my girlfriend immediately turned around and ordered another cover for our new love seat for our city home :)

I ordered Custom Heavy Duty Winter Tarp Covers for my outdoor dining table and fireplace. The whole process was simple. The cover fit our outdoor furniture perfectly. Great communication throughout the process from placing the order, manufacturing to delivery. This is an update. The tie down fasteners weren't long enough to wrap around the legs of our furniture. I sent them an email asking how to get extensions for them. I recieved a quick response asking for the cover type, a picture of the extensions. I provided the information and before you know it Leo responded saying he would send me a set in the mail in a week. Never mentioned any additional charge (not that it would bother me if there was), but I am very happy with the customer service I continue to received even after the purchase. This is the way every company should operate.
