Fast friendly service, everything you need under one roof. Well stocked in that one missing ingredient you can't find anywhere else. Diatomaceous earth is inexpensive and plentiful.

Decent place, good selection and they know their stuff. I do alot of orders through them but 3 times as many orders via ebay and other stores as I find they mark prices up higher than anyone. I saved hundreds buying my lights off ebay, they were half the price for the same thing! (Spider Farmer LED's, I spent 1800, I added up over 3000 in cost if I were to buy from them) You may pay a bit more but at least most things are convenient and there waiting for you to purchase, no complaints with selection. I'd give a 5 star rating if they did not mark prices up as high as they do.

Very curtious and knowledgable staff with quality products and proper COVID protocols. Do yourself a favour and buy your soil here and not at some big box store like Canadian Tire where the soil will be infested and mostly sand or wood. It costs a little more but the quality is well worth the investment.

I've just discovered this place. Perfect spot to find supplies for my houseplants . Very helpful and friendly, and good advice if you have a plant issue. Excellent pricing too. Have always had a great experience at this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful, they also have a great variety of supplies. Today they went above and beyond, I went in with my family and my kids were admiring the plants. While I was grabbing my stuff one of the staff there was talking to the kids, they got a calendar and a business card which they thought was awesome! But then she gave them a cutting of a pickle plant and they were over the moon with her gift! Thank you so much for making their day, they think it’s the coolest plant ever!!!

All I can say is incredible! Rather than waiting 2 hours + in line for curbside at Canadian Tire, I was able to support a LOCALLY OWNED business and have my products in a super quick pickup! The vast variety of products this store carries will cover everything from seed starting, lighting, containers to super soil mixes, organic fertilizers and amendments. You've made a lifelong customer!

Went in there to buy a whole grow stand it was a bit pricey but that's not my problem I maybe a little slow but I told a older guy I had 260 cash so I put that on the Counter showing him there was 260 well my 1st purchase Is came up to a $138 And I was kind of excited so I didn't really notice where the other 122 dollars was then I ask for a light payed for it on my debit card. So today when they opened I gave them a call nothing called four more time's nothing. Got my friend to call picked right up smh would not of made a post if we Sorted it out but you guys own me 122 I'm sure there's cameras in that store to back my story up But for anybody to be starting up a grow do not go with their terrible people terrible place No customer service and that regards terrible just terrible never will go back ever again

Easy to find location and access with lots of free parking. Nice clean and welcoming store front with a good selection of inventory. There are 3 "hydroponic" supply places in London and this one is the best by a wide margin.
