Bit of a wait to get in thanks to COVID, but we got almost everything we needed. Check-out staff member was helpful. Offered us a plastic sheet to put under plants for transport in the car.

Staff were unable to answer some very basic questions. None of the tomato varieties were labelled as determinate or indeterminate. When I asked if they sell any determinate tomato varieties, no one in the store even knew what a determinate tomato is. To he fair, the owner was not in the store that day, and my experiences with her have always been excellent, she is a well of knowledge. The rest of the staff I found lacking.

The staff here are all very nice and knowledgeable. There is a lot of different and interesting garden decorations, from statues and sculptures to accent pieces. With an abundance of flowers and trees this is the place to stop in and take a look around if your thumb is green or someone you know has a green thumb!

-Great service, Great selection of lawn care and maintenance items, quality products with guarantee, fabulous product displays, inspiring award winning garden ideas and gardens outside, excellent gardening advice and product knowledge available. I love how New North is broken into zones eg. perennial house, shade plants, annual and veggie centre, shrub and tree area. This year I particularly enjoyed the expanded law ornaments and garden sculptures area. Great discounts too. Love it!

I always enjoy my visits to New North! The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. They take excellent care of all the plants, flowers, shrubs etc.! Totally love the wide assortment of garden outdoor decor, displayed professionally, with the fairy items my favourite!!! My big purchase this summer was the cement fairy garden and two houses that light up nightly from the solar batteries. Adds an essence of magic in my wooded property home in Havilland! Thanks New North all staff! U all rock!
