Irrigation Direct is a fantastic online resource for irrigation parts. I contacted them with a blueprint of my garden layout and was given a very reasonable quote for awesome quality product. Shipment arrived very quickly. The system was easy to hook up and ran very well last season. Looking forward to updating my layout with the extra parts received in my order. A definite time saver and highly recommended. RECENT UPDATE: I contacted Mike the owner to inquire about reorienting my water filter and timer connection and he sent me an extra connector for free in the mail! Much better than trying to get a good seal with teflon tape. Now thats service!!!

Shipping was prompt considering the 2019-2020 Corona pandemic was going on. Everything arrived on time, and I may have gotten a few extra emitters from them by mistake! I emailed the sales team a question and was responded to very promptly. I'd definitely buy from them again

Absolutely awful company. Poor customer service and they do not know how to communicate with clients. They wasted my time for over a week and cancel my order without my permission. They need to take a 101 public relationship course. I never buy anything from this website because the company has no responsibility to deliver the merchandise. I see couple 5 stars feedback. That is non-sense. I doubt about their authenticity.

Irrigation Direct provided a good online shopping experience where I could easily choose what I needed, competitively priced and it is extremely convenient having the items delivered to your door. I always try to buy locally before resorting to online sources , but drip irrigation products, or at least a good selection, seem to be hard to find in retail and I was pleased to be able to use a company that was shipping from the same province. Items appear to be made from good durable resins too, to be confirmed after a couple of winters!

Purchased a drip irrigation set-up for a small 60 tree apple orchard last spring. Too busy last year to install, but set up the system last weekend and I am amazed at how easy the installation was and surprised that it worked the first time I turned it on!

I had a couple Canadian companies in mind when prepping to install my own DIY irrigation system, and debated for awhile but ultimately selected Irrigation Direct. The Hunter valves, Hunter Pro HC outdoor controller, Hydro Rain manifolds and corresponding parts, and irrigation wiring all arrived in a neatly packed and protected box in a timely manner, even during this “Plandemic”. I was impressed and thoroughly happy! Additionally I ordered a Hunter 1” Flow Meter online and was up against the clock as my electrical contractor was doing the wiring the May 2-4 holiday weekend, so I contacted Irrigation Direct and they gave me the green light to pick up the flow meter at their store front in Burlington on the Friday! A1 service and friendly staff at their office considering they are so busy during the “Plandemic”. I would definitely recommend their services and will be ordering future supplies from them for sure! Great company and staff. Thank you!

In the past 4 years I've set up 3 different drip irrigation systems using products from irrigationdirect.ca. The products are always as advertised and received in a timely manner. The prices are competitive and really appreciate their design guidelines. Out of many orders of lots of small pieces, I finally had an error in the order today (they sent 4 male endcaps instead of 4 female adapters). The email response from the company was quick and the error resolved right away. Mistakes happen and I greatly appreciated their responsiveness.

I used IDC for my first irrigation project which was quite a complex one. I wanted professional equipment but I had a lot to learn and couldn't even wrap my head around all of the different fittings. I went to three other places and they wouldn't advise me, let alone sell me anything (contractors only). I was extremely frustrated. I used IDCs pre-designed kits online to figure out what I needed as the foundation for my custom setup. Furthermore, Mike took the time to give detailed responses to three of my emails. He was SO helpful... unlike the people at the other three local irrigation supply shops. Thank you IDC! Perfect combination of web-based value and great customer service.

I am absolutely blown away by the quality and service that I received from this company. About 3 weeks ago I started looking at irrigation systems for a .75 acre grow. First off I have NEVER installed any irrigation equipment - zero knowledge. We are on a well and water supply was a concern. I was assisted in layout of the lines and on a system. I installed the system in about 3 hours. It was too easy, quick connects, no major tools required. I decided to expand the system and today I ordered some more parts. Irrigation Direct might be a super busy company because they have quality stuff. Be patient it was worth the experience.

Reasonably fast shipping. Excellent product quality. I got an incorrect component piece with wrong size by mistake (conceivable given probably had the part just mixed in the wrong pile in packaging) and I contacted customer service by email and got a prompt reply next morning and the correct component shipped to me immediately. Will be ordering more from this company.

I ordered a system from irrigation direct during the Covid lockdown. Despite the limitations, they were able to process my order quickly. I believe that the true measure of customer service is how they manage the situation when something goes wrong. I discovered that I had made an error with my order. I emailed them late in the evening and I was surprised to receive an immediate reply from Mike. He was eager to resolve the issue and allow us to continue our work. The replacement parts were shipped the very next day. He even covered the shipping cost despite the fact that it was my fault.

I am really satisfied and happy with the Irrigation Direct Canada's service and products. When I ordered the drip irrigation system for our raised beds 2 years ago, all my emails with my countless questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Also I didn't have to wait long for my order to come. Since then I have ordered a few more things, had a few more questions and everything was dealt with very professionally like before. Above all the system works great, is easy to install, priced very reasonably and makes watering our veggies soooooo much easier. Highly recommended.Love it!

I changed the config and Mike patiently spent time with me to ensure I got the right pieces to make everything work even though it was the busy season. These guys are amazing!!! First of all, they have a wide offer of products and solutions, but for me, the most important part were the tutorials where you can learn how to design your irrigation system, how to install it and how to maintain it. And there is more...I decided to install a two zone sprinkler system plus a drop irrigation system for the flower gardens. Everything worked perfectly fine, except the pressure regulator for the drip system. I contacted them and they not only took care of finding a solution, they sent me the new piece completely free of charge. Problem solved and they got a client for life. In fact, today I have picked up more items to complete another area in the backyard. You will not regret using Irrigation Direct. Amazing!!!

I agree with Gavin. Dealing with that company is just horrible. How did they get the blazing reviews? They must be fake. Just in case you order on-line - you will be waiting for more than three weeks for something as small as a gear clamp. Because they are so busy. Finally, you go for a pickup and there is no single customer at the same time. One star because there is no option for zero.
