Customer service is poor. Staff that I talked to was not knowledgeable enough to answer my question correctly. Disappointed definitely will not recommend this place.

The rain wasn't nice, but the experience certainly was FANTASTIC... extremely knowledgeable staff, super friendly and helpful. Selection is wonderful!! Prices are fair... beautiful experience!!

Very crowded, no protocol for lockdown is maintained. Very difficult to move around with large cart, comparatively expensive. Overall not happy.

Great place to pick up plants, soil, etc. During the planting season can get really busy and harder to find a place to park. One of the best places to get bagged soil (bagged on site no brand name). Better deal.

Friendly staff and beautiful plants. Also has a great selection of bagged horticulture products. I picked up the Myke Potting Mix and have had great results with my container garden!

Worst place no service at all the staff there are very rude especially the guy that always have the sun glasses on. Here he shout on a old lady because she need some help loading a bag of gravel in her car. And it's really expensive there also. So I will give this place a negative for customers service

Guys there were super helpful!! They needed more workers, though to keep up with demand. Also, people were very close together here, so you need a mask for sure!

Its a decent local nursery, been around for a while. Parking is bit of a hassle but overall it's a decent local spot for gardening.

Visited on a quiet Mon. Asked an elderly gentleman with white hair (who I assumed was at least the supervisor or owner since he was giving others directions) if i could plant herbs this time of season. He said "you probably could but thats all the advice i am giving". I laughed assuming he was joking. He looks at me with a straight face, turns his back on me and starts to walk away! I left immediately. Why am i going to buy stuff from a store that has such rude service? Very weird approach to the business but lost at least 1 customer and i suspect its not the 1st time
