Always an amazing and pleasant expiernece here. I shop for plants, however there is also a lot of nice home decor items as well. The plant selection is always great; every now and again they bring in some hard to find gems. Staff are fairly knowledgable and when they dont know they try to find out. Pricing is very reasonable as well.

I love this place! Knowledgeable folks on the plants they sell. Along with gardening supplies and vegetation, they also sell specialty items like jewellery and some clothing; items most suitable for gifts. This is the kind of place that once you discover it, you want to keep coming back.

I visit Bill Martin's often and each time I go it is an enjoyable experience! Their tropical plants are healthy and beautiful and they are bringing in some more difficult to find varieties. July 3rd, 2021 Went in to look for pieces of flagstone. Saw employees walking around while I waited outside with a 2 year old for help, no one even approached or aknowledged us. I went inside to ask if there was someone able to help me with flagstone questions and the woman said “we have no one working today sorry.” Then said is $83 per layer. I asked if the sell it by the pound like everyone else does for individual pieces she said “no we won’t do that”. Business saying how hard Covid has been for them turning away sales and being rude… don’t really think it’s Covid hurting your business, might be the rude staff.

The staff were not very helpful or did not acknowledge us while we were looking around. We also seen and over heard staff being told they were not doing their job very well and need to do better. Plant selection was normal but nothing caught our eye. The store looked very nice though.

I've been in to the store twice now in the last few weeks and it's the first time I've been. What a beautiful store full of so much more than plants, shrubs and sod! It's well laid out and full of beautiful treasures. The Christmas area right now is stunning and comparable to other nurseries in town. You can save some gas and check this spot out first! There are different and so unique gift ideas! The vendor pop ups happening right now are brilliant and the products great! If you haven't been you need to! You won't be disappointed

About 4 month ago I asked Bill Martin's about a plant that I had had when I was younger. I had called all the local places ...everyone but Bill Martins said nope we don't sell them. And didn't offer help. BUT Bill Martin's not only tried to find me leads on the plant, they contacted me 4 months later to let me know they were getting some in!! So not only did they go above and beyond they also found me plants that work in my north facing windows. We did this all on Instagram and I paid over the phone and picked up curbside...easy peasy!! I can't wait till you open up again. You are definitely on my retail therapy list of places to shop! SHOP LOCAL .!!
