As a customer of Greenside Turf, I highly recommend this company for all of your artificial turf or landscaping solutions. I set out to create a putting green in my backyard this spring, and after doing much research, their company was by far the best choice. Firstly, their prices are by far the most fair I have seen after comparing several artificial turf companies. Nikki and Jeremy are great people to work with. They offer a great selection of artificial grass at their showroom and provide itemized cost with their invoice, which was very competitive to the other companies I received a quote from. They provided excellent turnaround times for installation. The installation took about a day for my back yard. The actual installers, Alex and Eric, were very diligent with the way they excavated, installed and cleaned up the waste. They were also very polite and courteous. The message to potential customers is that respect and courtesy is a two way street: you need to provide it in order to receive it. Thank you for a job well done.

Jeremy and Nikki and crew were amazing! They arrived on time each day and completed the work as promised. We had our front lawn done and have been the talk of the neighborhood! Each day the crew cleaned up (no mess ever). Jeremy is most obliging and will return calls, if have concerns, almost immediately. My daughter had her back yard done in the fall and had an issue with an animal digging around her shed and Jeremy came same day (no charge) to fix the damage done by the animal. Greenside was recommended to us by a colleague, and we could not be happier with the product and service. Our backyard had become overgrown with weeds, and we wanted a nice clean look. Greenside Turf removed the underlying weeds and soil, and turned our backyard into a relaxing spot to sit for an afternoon BBQ (once we're allowed to have people over again). We are so happy with our experience with Greenside Turf that we've already recommended them to friends. Jeremy and Nikki are incredibly knowledgeable and were happy to answer my MANY questions to help us with our decision. They brought numerous samples right to our home, and brought a few more when we couldn't decide. We did our homework beforehand and met with several other companies. If you are only looking to compare price, in our experience all the companies came in within a few hundred dollars of eachother. However, Greenside was the only company we found willing to provide a lifetime warranty regardless of the issue. We also found the selection and quality of the turf to be superior. Once our decision was made and deposit paid, our Turf was installed within 2 weeks. It was done in one day (small yard) and we could not be happier with it so far. The dogs love it and it looks fantastic!!

I had read reviews on several similar companies. By chance or luck, I Contacted Greenside Turf. As I spoke to Nikki. I definitely got a different and great vibe. Personally, my intentions were to figure out how I could have a hitting net, and use my launch monitor in my limited, very limited space. I did not have a big budget. Other companies gave me stories about only doing installs, or commercial minimum orders, huge shipping charges. I was determined but deterred at the same time. After taking with Nikki. The space for a hitting net was on a again. They were able to get me the net, that I wanted. It was sold out everywhere at the very few places that sold it in Canada. Huge shipping and duty charges from the US. I purchased the net. With my limited space and having a launch monitor with simulator capabilities. Nikki passed me over to Jeremy. With the quick details and pics, I provided. Quickly, he had a plan in place that fell inside my budget. They organized a pick up, online invoicing. Answered all my questions. Gave me tips. It has been a dream come true and a source of endless entertainment I can’t say enough about how well I was treated. Not once did I feel like a person doing a DYI golf simulator. Or have any reservations about speaking of my budget limitations. Nikki and Jeremy treated me, like I was million dollar client. Helping me every step of they way. I purchased and placed, Literally in my living room of my condo in Toronto(shoe box). With all the information provided, I was able to fit and be completely functioning golf simulator. A 7x7 return net, with detachable simulator impact screen, a 4x5 hitting mat(that takes a real tee), a 10x5 putting green, various 2x2 sections of different synthetic turf; ie:Rough. Through our conversations, they gathered info in regards to my preferences. Learning that I am a big fan of Augusta National and the masters. My suggested and now owned putting green is an replica, inspired green of Augusta National(ANGC). Other options we offered but I was already picturing me Playing AMEN corner. All this was more than I had ever imagined possible. I couldn’t be happier. I am putting my simulator to good use. Thanks, for providing me with ideas, tips, knowledge and know how, to put my project within reach. Not to mention continuing support as I add accessories, as I can afford them. I know that I said thank you already. I can’t express my gratitude and just overall sense of joy, in how things turned out. Look forward to the next time we speak. To add the the tour tiles after I put the funds together, and make an already perfect personal golf space, even better. Mike

We went through countless options and narrowed things down to my top 5. Took the top 5 home and my wife/CFO chose her top 1. Shocker, it was the most expensive option. No worries though, this is an investment and I was happy she chose what she did. Next step Jeremy came over to do the measurement. He was an absolute pro. With the material and measurements done next was the formal quote. My wife ok'ed it and we sent our deposit. I have used Greenside Turf for installation, adding sand to turf after ground elevation, repair to a previous installation and cleanup service. I guess you would say I have trusted and used this company more than once. Pricing is reasonable and the work performed by staff is of the highest quality. It’s hard to find companies with personnel that care about what they’re doing and do a great job. I am detailed oriented and and believe in companies that have values. Good work for good pay - no shortcuts or sloppiness. I highly recommend them.
