This was my third house that required landscaping. Based on my previous experience, I unhesitatingly contracted Cedar Springs. I explained to Cedar Springs my needs for the backyard. The first version of the plan that they prepared was perfect. The work was performed professionally with attention to all details. The worksite was kept clean and safe. The project manager worked with my neighbors to ensure they were informed of the work being performed along the fence line.

If you want to aggravate your neighbours choose this company! My neighbours hired them and the job looks nice. Their yard is perfect and clean whereas mine is COVERED in white dust. Despite my asking your employees first thing in the morning if they could shield the wind or cut stones in a different location, they continued to send massive clouds of white dust, where I could not see out my windows, billowing through my yard. My trees, my bushes, my deck, EVERYTHING is covered in a thick dust. Water creates like a concrete with this dust so getting rid of said dust won’t be an easy task. I guess I have to spend my weekend scrubbing this stuff??....thanks Cedar Springs Landscapes!

We had extensive work done in our back yard with a pavilion, bbq, fireplace etc. Worked with Adrian and other supervisors to plan out the project then with the workers who did the actual labour. Everyone who I dealt with was very personable but more important, professional. When the job was completed and landscape done with lighting etc, we were more than pleased. Their attention to detail and follow up was impressive Would highly reccomend Cedar Springs

We did landscaping for the front of our house. Project included front porch, walkway and driveway pavers. Project was very well planned from design concept to finish. They have an excellent team that pays attention to every little detail, end result looks amazing. We could not be more satisfied with the quality they have delivered. This is the second landscaping they did for us, the first project was completed around 10 years ago, in a different house. It included front and back yard. They delivered the same high quality work back then as they do now.

Their employees are hard working, pleasant to deal with and very professional. They have met and exceeded all our expectations. I've been using Cedar Springs Landscape Group for 10 years now and have been enormously happy with their services. Not only do I use them on a weekly basis for my landscaping needs..cut my the grass in the summer and clear the snow in the winter!!....I've also used them to put in my driveway...build my backyard fence and do my front porches. They are always professional! courteous! knowledgable!! I will continue to use them for all my needs and recommend them highly to anybody who is looking for a skilled trustworthy company.

Anthony came to our backyard and started to criticize everything. All we wanted to do was for them to trim our bushes and shrubs. Was a complete arrogant individual. Someone should go trim his bush.

We were not customers..our neighbors used these people and their backyard looks nice.. troubles were they have No concern or professional courtesy about the chaos they caused..they cut concrete many times with complete disregard for the dust they created and did not have the decency to warn people especially when they see a line full of clothes and a pool that they clogged up filters and to top it off hit OUR fence and cracked the supporting 6x6 post rendering our gate useless with the bobcat and did nothing to repair.. their complete lack of concern for other property owners on the adjoining customers is unaceptable.. they also used a chipper to remove a tree base and let chips fly into* our pool heater resulting in a internal fire of the core... I would Not reccomend these people if you lile your neighbours.

Initially, my husband and I were very anxious from our first yard project and having to do it over a second time. However, our first meeting with Mr. D. de Vries (Design Consultant) ended with a smile on our faces and a feeling of certainty that this was a competent, reliable landscaping group. Over the next several consulting visits, we met and spoke with Mr. A. Hordyk (Landscape Designer) whose design suggestions stirred up our excitement, and at the same time met the practical requirements of the project. Further meetings involved Mr. L. Hordyk (Project Manager), who consistently showed a high level of integrity with every aspect of managing the project; along with a good eye for detail, commitment to quality workmanship and genuine interest in achieving customer satisfaction. And last but by no means least, we had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. R. Hicks (Landscape Foreman), who went the 'extra mile' and impressed us with his experience and diverse talents (expecially stone cutting). In our opinion, good looks and quality are part of the signature at Cedar Springs Landscape Group!

Horrible. Horrible. I wish there was a negative number I could use. Spend a lot of money to get my pool landscaped and notified the landscapers how bad the land was (all clay). I also suggested they plant things that were tolerable with the soil. I also suggested that they might plant nothing just sod it because of the ground. Adrien insisted that the shrubs etc he suggested would take. Along with this they also put brick all around my pool. After the following year everything died. And I called. They came back and said it was my fault for not watering? (I had my sprinkler on to water) i had my friend who is a landscaper as well come look at the damage and validated that these particular plants trees schrubs would not tolerate the soil. The brick they had installed all sunk in the ground and when I called Adrian he was horrible to deal with and kept telling me it was my fault. I finally dug up all the dead plants and trees and replaced it with sod. And still have to keep fixing sunken brick. I paid them all in cash and my only receipt was on a piece of paper. When I asked for a receipt I was told one would be sent out. It’s been 9 years and still no Receipt lol and I’m still trying to keep the bricks fixed.
