Wish I read the Google reviews before I hired this company to do some work on my property. As previous reviewers have stated they use hack workers, they are unprofessional, rude, did a horrible job and caused a lot of damage to my property. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know about my poor experience. Stay away.

Brock and his team did a great job creating a clean and welcoming outdoor space, after doing some heavy lifting to remove a great deal of shrubbery and potato stone. His team was gracious and hardworking (they didn't even stop for the rain!), and the whole project was priced competitively. Thank you for making my home feel new again!

Was cleaning out my garage on Sunday before the big storm. Had way more stuff to throw out than I expected. I called Brock for a bin and he came by pronto, even with the snow coming down on a Sunday afternoon. He picked it up a few hours later with all my stuff. Really came through for me.

Used this company for a disposal bin. Delivered within the hour, flexible on pick-up. Very pleasant and prompt to deal with. Made all arrangements by phone, B Rock was true to his word on pricing. I had no idea what my stuff would end up weighing but the cost was less than I anticipated. I'd use him again and recommend him to my neighbours.

This Company bullied and threatened my wife and child in the car with their snow plow, causing an accident and then left, leaving my wife and daughter in the -30 deg cold! Now they will not even answer the phone. Looking for justice here!

Those of you who watch Holmes on Homes know that Mike saves homeowners who have been victims of horrible contractors. Watch the episode "Lien on Me". Then draw your own conclusions about why I'm telling you to watch that episode on this particular business' profile. If you like mean, angry and rude service, Brock's Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance is for you. Between yelling at elderly people and telling his clients to go "F" themselves if they don't agree with him, this is someone I wish I never had dealt with. I strongly advise you to get the work he promises to do in writing. DO NOT pay upfront, get in writing that the work, which is to be inspected by a professional, will be paid for upon completion per task. Don't let him sweat-talk you into anything less. A true professional will have confidence in his work, and will abide by your requests. Potential customers, don't settle to save a few bucks. Get a guy with positive references. If you do decide to give this guy your business, you must love having liens placed on you, or love the challenges a small claims court will put you through. The end of my ordeal was hiring another landscaping company to undo the mess Brock's Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance did to my property. I'm in the hole thanks to him. Don't be fooled by fast talking and a smile - get a TEAM with STRONG REFERENCES, or you'll be writing sad reviews like me. :(

Brock was professional to speak with and had no problem receiving a fair quote from him. His workers showed up on time and did as they were supposed to. The laid stone looks fantastic and we are so happy we have our beautiful patio for the summer!!

I like how even some of the poor reviews felt necessary to give more than one star, even though their comments were filled with an absolute of negativity. I have seen these guys and their work for a long time, 15-20 years+ the site managers have under their belt, and the only time I've seen them be uncordial when they were working on our property was to someone who was doing something wrong, even the smallest thing, because it seemed the managers were somewhat of perfectionists. If ever one of the other workers inquired to a manager about the quality of their work, I'd hear, "would you want that in your house" and it would either be fixed or appreciated for the job well done that it was--this gave a personal feeling to their work and I haven't seen any other company with their quality of work when it comes to brick laying.. believe me, I've tried others. Long winded, I know.. but this is outrageous slander, all I've seen from what they've brought me is art.

Yard is everything I ever wanted and then some! Team was efficient and hard working and ensured my interlock, patio and path was safe from all machinery. Brock worked with my schedule to allow me time to build my flower beds between grading and sodding, and he even filled my flower beds!!! Price was higher than others I received however, I couldn't be happier with the end result!

driver went through 4-way intersection at lorne park and indian road without stopping. dispatcher did not seem too interested. hey, so its close to an elementary school. what could go wrong?

Work was subpar. Pointed out the many deficiencies. Employees and Brock cursed us. Threw insults. Unprofessional Although I can say they returned promptly to fix the many deficiencies but with hesitation and attitude. Still some deficiencies outstanding. Make sure they complete their job. Contract says payment due upon completion. Ensure they do the work properly and be sure to supervise! They took some of our garden tools and we had to ask them to return them.

Landscaping , soil and sod at our home . Prompt efficient service , good price , called and arranged scheduled installation . What a great crew , worked hard , and cleaned up efficiently . Our backyard is 100% better . Not sure why there would be negative reviews of this firm as our experience was totally positive . As described here by some these guys are not good. Use at your discretion. They a are rough and tumble bunch . Not professional . The guys will treat you terrible and do a sloppy job. Amateur . Hacks . Please be careful > I advise to try somewhere else .

I was driving on lakeshore May 30 2021 at 8:30 and a driver from the company in a very big truck, which I took video and pictures of, was very driving aggressive and was speeding. The driver to the company was very unprofessional, he had cut me off 2 times and tried to hit me while cutting me off.. I would not ever trust a company that has hire unprofessional drivers. I do have a witness and will keep pushing to make sure this company pushes for more professional drivers. Do not trust this company!

I'm located in Etobicoke. Brock's team did an excellent job repairing underground drains from eaves troughs, ground work preparation and installation of sod, fresh garden soil. Brock provided my next door neighbour and myself a quote on the spot for our properties. He communicated well with us via text on installation dates, as Oct rains set in. Then his showed up on the date promised and the result was excellent. Brock's team were courteous during the job and cleaned up nicely after finishing. I am happy to recommend Brock and his team.

Had my garden revamped today. The crew was fast, efficient, polite (a few disinterested but so what) & did a nice job. Tried to cut corners where there were roots to dig up but worked well overall. They were neat, cleaned up carefully, took all rubble away. Price was right for what we got.
