Last weekend, I bought some sod for my front yard project, in anticipation of a thunderstorm and lots of rain. Instead, the heat wave setting turned that poor lawn yellow in less than 24 hours. I rushed asking for help, and without hesitation Steve sent me replacement for all the pieces, delivered to the driveway. I was beyond impressed. Every time I go, I learn something, get advice, and find exactly what I need and at amazing prices. Thank you all for helping us cope with this pandemic and for staying open.

This is a medium-sized place to buy your brick stone for driveway patios Flagstone Etc don't bring a freshly car washed here is extremely dry and windy and your car will get coated with sand dust this place desperately needs to oil their driveway for customers

Unfriendly and defensive. Don't waste your money or time here. Rude old people who aren't looking for return business. Just want to make a couple bucks off you, make you a sucker and keep your money. Won't go back, won't waste any more money here. Definately refer everybody away. You should do the same . Don't be the next fool. I warned you. I try to avoid big box stores too and buy Canadian... They are way more expensive and the quality is awful. Service is the worst. Mom and pop are surly as heck. Should I keep going?

Have ordered top soil and limestone few times from them. It is always full of weeds. The quantity has always been less then the ordered amount. When I called them to complain they were very rude and defensive. What I get to hear is that I am looking for something for free. I will not recommend to anyone.

For me, Agram is all about the hardscaping. If you need rocks, pebbles, boulders etc., Agram can be hard to beat. They do have a decent selection of soft goods (plant material) and a small retail centre, but these items are better had for less elsewhere. Agram, however, is a go-to destination when you need rocks or other hardscape items. Check here first to see if they have what you need for your landscaping project.

I own Aura Landscaping and LOVE dealing with Steve and his crew at Agram's. Awesome selection, especially legderock, armor stone, accent stones. When we do work in Oakville/Burlington/Clarkson area, Agram's is the ONLY call I make for all of my triple mix, mulch and landscape products! FAST delivery and it's awesome they have a split truck for when we need two different products on the same load. The yard guys are always willing to go the extra mile to help and ensure you are loaded safely and quickly. I am always happy to tell my clients and other contractors to check them out! As a professional landscaper I can say this is the best garden center in the GTA. I will often go out of my way to give them business. They have really good hours and the best customer service in the business. They give proper amounts when buying bulk materials unlike most garden centers.

Went for japanese beetle control - their traps are more expensive than the ones offered at the big box stores. I asked staff for tree insect covers, they didnt know about these and went to fetch the specialist, who could not be bothered to come out of her office to see me. Went back to Home Depot for my purchases.

I've seen plenty of customers coming and going from this place. Agram is great if your personality meshes well with the people working here. Most people do just fine. The ones who complain, well, I have a strong sense that they are difficult to get along with in general. If you come to Agram relaxed and positive, you will receive the same and more.

Worst experience ever! Half my delivery of sod was rotten, covered in mold & smelled up the neighbourhood. We were told to come in the next day for an exchange. When we arrived, the older couple at the order desk refused the exchange saying we killed the sod. They were offensive, insulting & extremely rude! They stole our money! For professional service & quality product, drive up the road to Sid’s Pond & Garden Scapes at the corner of 9th Line & Britannia!

Had to come here to deliver some material when I was rudely greeted by a woman named Christina. She first hangs up on me and doesn’t advise me where to go and when I called back she again gives a horrible attitude and proceeds to hang up again. The only people who are saving this place with their customer service is the men who work in the back. I believe his name is Darryl. Will not be coming back after that horrible encounter.

Nice place, purchased two yards of top soil here. One in 2017 and one in 2018. I found there soil has weeds in it. Anywhere I used there soil, flower beds, grass, vegetable garden and those areas are infested with weeds now. Not worth the money.

I am a landscape professional and have been dealing with Agrams for a decade now. Very friendly staff, fantastic customer service and the best product in Oakville! We buy over 300 cubic yards of material from them every year and wont be switching suppliers anytime soon.

I love this place. So many fond memories of annual trips to get our garden prepared for planting. Vegetables, flowers, stones. Always a great selection of plants. Never disappoints.

I went to the garden centre and ordered stones. The manager said it would be ready for pickup the next day. I showed up the following day and the stones were not ready. Later we returned to buy a few more stones and were rudely told to come back after they had lunch, but noticed assistance being given to a delivery person. We were going to leave when someone decided to assist us probably out of guilt for the rude reaction we received from the manager. They have a good variety of stones, but the customer service from the person that appears to be the manager needs to improve. I am one that will always pay more for better service and there are many other competitors in the surrounding area that sell the same things, so there is no reason for me to return to this location ever again.

I am a contractor and I am dealing with landscaping suppliers for over 10 years in GTA,and I have never experienced a bad customer service like this, I bought some stones and slabs but when I went to the guy who supposed to get you your material, he denied to give me my material which I had paid already, they gave me a refund but I didn't understand why, There was other customers being severed at the same time, I don't understand may b because of my skin color or something
