Aggregates,stone, pavers, mulch and much more. I have even sent my customers to talk to Greg the yard manager and he was very informative and has a vast knowledge of the trade. I have been on and off using Acorn for about 6 years now through a landscaping company I worked for, and now through my own business for the past 3 years whenever I have a job in the area. I have always had a positive experience here, yet I am leaving this review here as I feel what happened at my visit today needs resolution: I paid for a 1/2 yard of screenings but gave instructions to give 1/4 yard instead as they don't sell anything less. I was not paying full attention and the loader gave me a full half yard, so I proceeded to shovel part of it back. I have had to do this before on occasion at other places, and have seen quite a few other landscapers do this in the same situation, so I thought nothing of it, not knowing Acorn had a strict policy about immediately placing back excess material. The manager came out fuming and said they don't take returns. I explained it was not a return, I was overloaded and I needed to put it somewhere, and hadn't even left the site yet. I feel this is where the manager should have directed me to the junk pile which he did not bring up until after things escalated, but instead proceeded to give me a heated lecture painted with expletives of why I can't shovel the excess material back. I have to admit that I was quite adamant about putting the material back since staff had made a mistake and he had not mentioned the junk pile as of yet. I had to remind him again finally that the driver overloaded me even though I gave instructions to give a 1/4 yard before he revealed I could have dropped the excess in a junk pile. At this point I said to forget it, and "Just make sure your guys follow instructions next time." The manager followed up with "You know what? I don't have time for this today. Just leave." and directed the loader away who still had to load me with soil. The manager walked away, did not offer to refund the soil, and there was never a point where any staff admitted they made a mistake. I had to go back into the office myself for further action to be taken. They did finally load my soil, so I'm thankful for that. I have never had an experience like this at any landscape supplier anywhere in my ten years landscaping, and I've never had any issues with Acorn previously, maybe it was an off-day, but would like some resolution, and would like to know if I am welcome to continue shopping there without future hassle on both parts. Highly recommend. Customer service is #1 with these guys. They offer great selection of material with lots in stock. Great communication, I always get a person answering the phone whenever I call. They are very prompt in confirming if they have material and will get back to you right away. From the first call you make to getting loaded by their patient and skilled loader, you will be happy with Acorn Landscape Supply every step of the way.

Great Service. Most Landscape Supply places are very difficult to get through to and typically put you on hold for an extended period of time. Acorn was quick to answer the phone, placed and processed my order immediately, and were very helpful in locating materials that have been hard to come by.

We ordered patio stones, gravel, limestone screening, and polymeric sand from them last summer and this summer, when we needed a fire pit kit and stones for a bench, we went right back to Acorn. Their customer service is superb, the prices are fair and equal to their competitors, and if they don’t have something in stock, they will order it for you. Delivery is quick and the guys care about their customers. I had an issue with my order after delivery (my fault entirely) and it was corrected in a few hours, with new stock delivery coming to me within a week. This is on top of accommodating my rush order and having it to me EARLY! Cannot recommend Acorn enough!

The delivery drivers always ensure that the loads are placed in a neat manor and respect the customer property. I have only been dealing with them for about a year now but between the great tour of their yard, their attentiveness to detail and consistency of great product I will be using them for many years to come! been using them for many year now (mulch, sod, stones and other landscaping materials)...and always a great experience. Dan has also given me some tips and suggestions when ordering. Never had any issues with delivers, and their drivers have been awesome in ensuring my ordered is delivered properly. Def recommend and I will continue to use them.

I was able to reach someone immediately with my first call. Information on product was very helpful and accurate. Delivery was set for next day, but after checking the weather, it was going to rain all day next day. I called back Acorn and ask if I could have my delivery that same day and they said they will try their best and would let me know. I called back an hour later and was told I was the next one up for delivery. Delivery was made as per request and the 2 different materials I purchase was kept seperate. For me that's exceptional service, where everything met my expectations and I was able to complete my work prior to the wet cold day the following day. Thank you.

I called at the last minute and asked for same day delivery. I was not sure if it would be at all possible but thought I would try and see what they say. They said they would see what they could do and call me back, otherwise it will be next day delivery. I said ok. Thanks for trying. I didn't expect a call 20 mins later saying they are on their way! They were able to fit me in for a same day delivery. I am very thankful! Great service ans great products!

These guys are the best. As an operations manager of a large landscape operation, I couldn't do my job well without quality partners like Acorn. Excellent customer service, timing of delivery's is always on the mark, great staff with extensive knowledge of the products they sell and what's on the market. Don't bother shopping around. Just get your project started on the right foot and stop in and see them!

Not only did they have material in stock that was not available anywhere else, it was offered at a competitive price with reasonable shipping fees. I will be dealing with Acorn Landscape Supplies much more after my 2 very successful and efficient transactions with them. I always got a person on the phone when I called and they were pleasant, sincere, easy to deal with, very patient, and were prompt in every way. I "discovered" Acorn 3 years ago and since that time I come back to them for all my landscaping materials. Their stuff is dilligent and professional, the owner goes an extra mile to help the customers. When I ordered 3 inch river rocks and asked them to dump it on the boulvard their driver dumped the load, parked the truck and went and checked that no occasional rock rolled on the road and became a hazard for cars. Kudos for the team, coming back to them for the supplies again. Thank you guys!
