Holly and her team did a great job re-sodding our front lawn and re-designing and re-planting our flower bed. They came when they said they would, worked hard all day and cleaned up the site when they were done. They answered all of our questions during the installation and after the installation was complete. Our front lawn and garden looks great! We would certainly recommend Urban Gardener. AVOID. Had these guys come over to do some basic landscape work at my daughter's house and it was disastrous from the start. Jobs not finished , no planning or foresight. Construction manager Alan didn't seem to understand even basic concepts or work practices , I have worked in construction my whole life and have never seen anybody as clueless. Stay away at all costs. Shoddy outfit

Finally had someone come out to take a look at the spaces where I needed work done. Was told that the next steps were a quote, design and then installation. I was also told that everything would all be done in just over a month. Its been about 1.5 months and I still haven't even received a quote despite me sending numerous emails and phone calls. I don't care how busy a company may be, keep in touch with your (potential) clients and do what you say you were going to do!! I've taken my business elsewhere. Its not a surprise that my condo building stopped using this company.

We had an awesome experience with Urban Garden and their team. Everything was planned an executed exactly as we agreed upon. The team arrived at our house on time and were friendly and fast. Our home is in the downtown core so it can be somewhat difficult to work in given the tight space and congestion, but they were able to keep the area contained, clean and free of debris. I love the look of our garden and I would highly recommend them.

Urban Garden is a very special place to work! This is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for! I cannot put to words how amazing this place is. Management treats you like family and will always encourage you to excel within your position and the landscape industry; whether it be courses, modules etc, they are there to help you succeed! Jake, Melanie and Padraic are three amazing people, whom were not only my bosses but became my friends! I cannot thank these three enough for all the countless support, encouragement and leadership. Urban Garden is such a fun place to work and the work you do complete is truly out standing! You will want to bring your friends and family to your sites to show them your beautiful work! Decorative planting and bed planting was my favourite aspect! Each day you are given a chance to elevate and beautify new and old outdoor spaces. Working on terraces and balconies was also exciting! The work you do varies which keeps each day fresh and fun! I will miss Urban Garden dearly and the rest of the team! They made my time unforgettable and have truly allowed me to develop my skills as a landscape technician and interior horticulture technician. Thank you Urban Garden; I will miss you!!!

Nothing but rave reviews for Urban Garden! The management team was fair and professional and provided some really lovely design ideas for a tricky Downtown Toronto commercial space! The onsite team was courteous and respectful and executed on a beautiful project. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely use their services again.

One of the worst landscaping companies ever worked for. Hired as Manager, never once managed a job, but instead placed as a laborer. Head of operations is bad, all over the place, no direction given, as well as no word is kept.. and barely any winter work. Would not suggest to anybody.

Urban gardener came in to plant a landscaping job that had gone wrong. They were professional, friendly, very clean and delivered a beautiful planting job to salvage a job that had gone very badly. I highly recommend them for any landscaping project!

We are very pleased with the re-design of our front and back gardens by Urban Garden, including the installation of an irrigation system and additional paving stones. Staff were very responsive to our needs and questions. They were knowledgeable about appropriate plant material and planters and suggesting creative designs for the garden. Onsite work was done professionally and efficiently with minimal disruption and thorough cleanup of the job site each night. Staff also provided excellent advice about plant and garden maintenance now that the new plants and trees have been planted. Many thanks to the Urban Garden team for an excellent job. We would certainly recommend this company for anyone looking to redesign their garden or create a new one.

Holly and Alan are the dynamic duo at UrbanGarden. Everything went according to plan and schedule. Holly's designs made my boring backyard come alive with plants, planters and a stellar BBQ area. Alan also corrected a pre-existing irrigation problem along the entire length of my house and gave it form and function. They have been fast with emails and responses and have kept me in the loop while designing and completing my backyard, top decks and entrance way. They always have answers and solutions for any concerns that might pop up along the way. I would highly recommend them.
