From getting a quote from Daniel, to having Michael and Antonio on site installing, it was a great experience. They got hung up on an earlier job in the morning and they let me know they'd be coming a little later in the day. They stayed until the sun went down and although they ended up short a little bit with some sod rolls, they promptly returned in the morning to complete and sod the remaining corner in less than 15 minutes, and didn't complain one bit. When they're even willing to blow off the dust from some of the cars that were parked in the area during cleanup, you know you're working with people who take pride in their work rather than making a quick buck. I gave it some time to see how things would settle in before writing this review and besides some pesky squirrels digging holes and some of the far edges of the lawn perhaps getting missed with my watering looking a little dryer, I'm more than happy with the result. Daniel and Rafael did a wonderful job with our small backyard recently. After moving into our townhouse this year, it was apparent that the backyard hadn’t been maintained in years. It was overrun with weeds and junk. There was no lawn left and the ground was sloping so much in places that it was difficult to walk in some areas. We didn’t know where to even begin cleaning up the mess. Daniel and his team arrived on time in the morning. They cleared out all the huge weed trees growing everywhere and left them neatly bundled curbside. They brought in a ton of topsoil and leveled out the ground, added new flower beds and installed new sod. The difference it has made to the backyard is unbelievable. I can actually start adding some plants now and I see us enjoying our new yard for many years. I would not hesitate to use their service again for any landscaping needs.

Snow removal service to date has been excellent and the price for a seasonal contract is very good as well. Today, two men cleared the driveway with a snowblower and shovel, taking care to go thoroughly around the car in our driveway and to clean to all edges, including stairs to the door. They did a great job digging up our whole backyard that was full of rocks and gravel and installed beautiful new sod, patio stones and removed a big unsightly stump. They are priced very fair and stuck to their estimated price. It’s been 33 degrees here the last two days and these guys worked tirelessly to get the job done in two days.

I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to make sure my sod was installed in time. Michael and crew did a fantastic job replacing my completely dead front lawn. They removed the old sod and then tilled and then poured new soil and raked and then laid the new sod in a careful, same directional manner. It was then rolled. They swept up and blew the dust away. First rate. I would highly recommend as they use quality turf and take their time.

My backyard was a complete disaster. Dead grass, dead shrubs and a weed factory producing every weed you could think of. I contacted Daniel and Raphael at My Landscapers after reading positive reviews and the details of their approach. Daniel and I arranged a time for the estimate and when he arrived I told him what I wanted and he paid close attention asking the right questions and giving me the impression he fully understood what my goal was, ie. transform my backyard. I was impressed with My Landscapers from the start. The estimate email that My Landscapers provided was one of the best I've seen. Prices were broken down in a manner easy to read , all details discussed were listed, they even had pictures in the estimate outlining the grass area, gravel walkway to be installed, shrubs to be removed, plant bed to place and all with comments on the pictures! It was very well presented and there was no doubt he knew what I wanted. I was very happy to engage them. The crew showed up precisely as promissed. Michael, Philepe and Antonio were really terrific guys. They got down to work right away. Their professionalism and work ethic were excellent, the work was high quality, from the removal of the old grass, etc., to the installation of everthing new. I highly recommend My Landscapers and I hope these pictures help to show you why.

I didn't know much about mylandscapers prior to contacting them but am so glad that I did. I had called many other landscapers prior to speaking with Rafael as I needed to have my entire back lawn resod within a tight time frame and it was completely taken over by weeds. Rafael agreed to come out the following day after our initial call and arrived on time. We agreed on a price which was comparable to others and in some cases cheaper than other quotes. On the day the work was scheduled they arrived on time and worked tirelessly on a very hot day to have it completed. They were extremely professional, clean and courteous not to mention patient. I wanted an edged border around my existing flowering plants and they spent the time to help come up with a design so it would look great. The lawn looks amazing. So much so that I now am looking at having them redo my front lawn. Highly recommend in every respect.

I really didn't know where to look when it came to resodding our front lawn. When I saw all the positive reviews for My Landscapers I thought I'd give them a try. Daniel responded right away and gave us a detailed estimate. He even came by to make sure there weren't any misunderstandings about what we wanted with our front lawn. Even though Daniel and his team were busy this month they managed to squeeze us in within a week and did an amazing job. While I wasn't home to see the work being done, Daniel made sure to send pictures of each step of the job and even sent me a few emails to make sure every detail was taken care of. Overall Daniel and his team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and I would highly recommend them in the future.

This is the 1st such review I have ever had to write. I posted online for a free estimate for my North York (Bayview Village area) property on May 13,2021 and recd an immediate email confirmation. Not having heard from them for a few days, I followed up with an emailed reminder and then left a VM on May 16. Same result - NOTHING happened, not a peep! I had picked them on account of the Google reviews, so very surprised indeed at the poor customer service. Very curious indeed.
