Elm damaged our property with their snow removal equipment, tearing up our lawn (see photo) and has not taken any action to fix the problem after 4 months. We had even terminated our contract with Elm (due to service quality) before they damaged the property, however, the team kept showing up due to an admin error, at which point they destroyed the lawn. They also charge a premium. I would not recommend Elm.

Dave and his team renovated the courtyard behind our house, adding new pavers, re-cladding the existing fence, building a gate, and - crucially - re-grading to allow water to flow away from the property. We were very impressed by their level of professionalism and attention to detail and craft, even when unforeseen circumstances put pressure on the job. Dave thinks like a designer, asking the right questions to find the best solution for you, rather than just treating the job as a task to be completed. We've been getting compliments from our neighbours since the day the job was done and we're thrilled with the result. Highly recommended.
