Custodia North York has been excellent at removing the snow on our double driveway this season. Farhan is most helpful in timing the arrival of the snow cleaners if we have an appointment and need to get the car out by a certain time. He really tries to help if you contact him with a request. We love that they use snow blowers and not a truck with a plow on the front that scrapes the asphalt on the driveway. Custodia does a very professional job and even put down deicer if you have it available.

The few interactions I had with Custodia were all very positive. We came to know of them through family members of ours who were pleased with their services. We found them to be very professional and caring. They took the time to explain in detail what services they offer. They have a great company motto and try their best to please their prospective clients. They don’t use any pressure tactics. It was also very comforting and reassuring that they took all COVID precautions when they visited our home. I look forward to doing business with them when needed in the future. I’m giving them 5 stars just on the meeting and telephone conversations alone. I haven’t hired their services yet but I’ve heard and read fantastic reviews ...I have a good feeling about them ????

We called Custodia to remove a very stubborn tree stump from our front lawn. Farhan and his team did a fantastic job in grinding it down as well as the surrounding roots. They did the job properly and professionally. They were very efficient and left the property spotless. They are very honest and reliable. Would highly recommend.
