We have a complicated driveway with two sets of stairs and a side pathway that all need to be cleared. After the first big snowfall of the year, they cleared everything perfectly. It is a nice thing to come home after driving through typical Toronto rush hour traffic. I don't normally write reviews, but Cloverhill did an excellent job.

Excellent snow removal and gardening/lawn service. For example, after Christmas Eve snowstorm, our driveway was cleared early Christmas Day, before residential roads were cleared. Lawn is mowed and all debris removed each visit. Cloverhill provides its services on time or early based on contract and work is thorough. Very pleasant staff.

We hired Cloverhill for the first time for snow removal for the 2019/2020 season. We are very happy with the quality of service and out of a scale of 1-5 would give them a 5. They have arrived after every snow fall so far well within the promised time frame. They are very responsive to concerns (only 1 minor concern) and have followed up to ensure we are completely satisfied. We would recommend them highly and, in fact, have already recommended them to a friend. We are planning to have some landscaping done this spring. Cloverhill does a great job at keeping us cleared out in the mornings during the winter. They are reliable and consistent, even during the big storms. We have a narrow driveway that is difficult to clear but they handle it no problem. I would highly recommend them.

We have contracted them to do our snow plowing for the past couple of years. This summer they installed a new walkway and sod in the backyard. Our property looks great. We found their prices to be very reasonable. In the winter, their response time is very good. We had to call them back once after a snow fall to widen a side path for the garbage bins. They came back within an hour to do that for us which was impressive.

Clover Hill cold called me asking if I needed tree trimming which I did. Dave showed up for a quote several hours late after I reminded him. I accepted his quote. He said the job would be done the week of April 17. No show. I called again and he said it would be done April 26. No show. I left a message on his voice mail asking for a call back. Nothing. April 28 I asked their office to have him call me. Nothing. I arranged a quote and go ahead with Davey Tree. Some days later when Cloverhill's crew appeared I told them to forget it. Davey tree did a fine job.
