We built a brand new luxury home in west van and were referred to WVI by our landscaper. We couldn’t be more pleased with the following: 1. Professionalism. I am a stickler for this, from providing an accurate quote, to keeping the property clean, to making sure we don’t see coffee cups and other debris laying around; 2. Timeliness. They came on time and completed their work on schedule; and 3. Support. The team answered my questions and responded to my requests in a thorough manner. In short, they nailed it. No hesitation recommending WVI to anyone looking for an honest and reliable installer. Bonus: spring for the smartphone-enabled controller...it’s awesome!

I contacted this company over Christmas to have some trees wrapped in lights. They were so professional and they did an outstanding job. However, then for some reason my lights were going out and tripping the GFI. Well, they went above and beyond to decipher what the issue was and how to resolve it. I was so impressed with how they communicated and how they made sure the job was completed properly. I really can't say enough good things about their work ethic and their integrity...never once complaining abut having to redo the back lights just to be sure it wouldn't happen. Thank you for a job well done!! I would not hesitate to call them out for any other jobs they offer as their true colors came shining through as to how they treat their customers.

After getting five different quotes to have an irrigation system install I decided to go with West Van Irrigation. The main reason was, they had the most detail lay out with a diagram of the zones and were most willing to work with me to make sure I was happy with what was decided. They also assured me that the same crew would be onsite each day. Umberto and his crew were friendly, courteous and hard working. I was also looking for a company to work with for future servicing and the maintaining of my system. Once the system was completed I met with Adam and his crew to do a final walk through and a few minor adjustments. I would and will definitely use them again.
