Me experience is exactly as the previous post, I too was one of the first customers for this company and was loyal to them, it was disappointing that they stopped my service without a word as to why.

I was one of the very first customers to hire Green Clippers . For several years all went well. Then last summer in mid July Green Clippers suddenly stopped mowing my lawn. After numerous phone calls I received a message that due to a sore back lawn mowing had ceased for the time being. This spring when I called to restart service I eventually relieved an email saying that Greenn Clipper would only be mowing in North Van. My neighbor then told me that Green Clipper was coming to do his lawn and had mowed his lawn all summer last year. A week ago they turned up and started looking after his lawn , despite 'not doing west Van.' Lawns. I have no idea why they stopped doing my lawn. I always paid immediately and my only request was that they blow out my gazebo. I hate being lied to!
