Coffee is rarely consistent and I often wonder why I even bother. Drive thru leaves something to be desired. It cuts off the parking lot and when you pull away from the window you have to drive over 4 lids from the underground fuel tanks. If the pot holes don't get you the lids will. Great experience if you want to leave annoyed

I have had a few issues with the drive through at this location with getting my order wrong but they are always polite when you make them aware to the mistake. I recommend going in to this location if you are going to order anything other than coffee. Other than that it is a fast a friendly environment.

The coffee has a perfume taste to it this afternoon. My first one this morning tasted great. During the week it taste good but every once in a while there's a bad taste to it. Almost like hand lotion. It's possible the cleaning solutions used in coffee carafe is causing this. Tim Hortons should look into this. That taste is stuck in my mouth and it's awful. The service is faster when using drive thru. Very slow when you go in for service. Only 1 person was working the counter at the Algonquin location. It took 15 minutes for them to serve 1 customer but she was pleasant.

Are more than often out of popular products, and be careful if they are out of the appropriate lids, or your medium drinks might automatically be downsized to small (note in the photo there is no whipped cream in the lid, this is supposed to be a medium oreo iced capp)

The best Tim Horton's in North Bay. If you are picky about your coffee, as I am, go there. Once I had to get them to remake my coffee three times at the one on cassels. So finally insead of drinking a coffee with no taste, I went to this Tim Horton's, and they replaced it with no hassle and it was amazing. I go here everyday. Also, the ladies that work there are very nice. I drive from wacky wings to this Coffee shop. I strongly recommend going to this Tim Horton's ????

Two days in a row, two different way's to make a Vanilla latte. Once without coffee. Once with whipped cream even if not requested. Ask for no wrapping in my tray for no pollution. They wrap every thing and put it to go as I mentionned for here. And then these kids are talking about pollution? Go on... keep the good pollution going on... maybe one day people will stop blabering and actually change the world. Impossible to add a picture to my comment.

Worst Tim Hortons to go to. First of all it's like a "welfare" version of Tim Hortons. They dont carry a full menu. They are super slow wait times for food is ridiculous. Last time I went the lady stopped serving me to go to drive thru and chat to her friend out the window. She messed up my entire order and argued with me for it. Oh if you have restrictions and cant wear a mask dont bother they wont even serve you and make a huge stink about it too.

horrible place!! ok i get the speakers broken after 20 minutes stuck in the drive through with only 4 cars ahead i sent my daughter into the store with my debit card ohh the debit machine on that side didnt work daughter comes back out to the car. goes back in now where waiting on steeped tea (i get it takes 2 mins no issue right ? half hour now finalle get outta drive through..... 15 more mins waiting inside for steeped tea coffee and kids hot chocolate now cold. had to ask if steeped tea was done??? 45 mins in total wasnt busy at all no excuse whatsoever for that...

This location has lost my regular lunch patronage. I am often but not always given the wrong order, but the past 2 times I've gone in on my lunch break have been the final straw. First I order a turkey bacon club and get back to work to find no turkey, no mayo, only lettuce and a single piece of bacon. Seriously. Figuring hey everyone makes mistakes, I come back in another day with the same order. After paying, am told they have no turkey and haven't since yesturday, yet somehow the staff is unaware. Instead I ask repeatedly for a chicken wrap with grilled chicken yet am served crispy. Location is also one of the slowest in town and is often sold out of most baked goods (and apparently lunch items) and is bad for letting customers know before they pay. I have also had this issue repeatedly at the drive through. Take the time to go to a different location.
