The only place I would go to buy flowers. I was pleasantly greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel like a welcomed friend, and actually cared how my day was going, as soon as I walked through their door. They showed me quite a selection of beautiful arrangements and took the time to find out what flowers I would prefer to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and at a great price too. They go out of their way to make sure that your flower arrangement is delivered on time no matter the distance or unforeseen challenges that may prevent them from doing so. They are truly amazing!

I had been going there often enough, however I ordered the flowers for my wedding there, and I showed up an hour late to pick up my flowers and they weren't even ready yet. Not only that, but I ordered purple flowers, and they gave me pink/fuschia. When I asked if we could discuss the price, since she was giving me flowers that I didn't order, she said "well I still have to pay for them, so no". Wasn't willing to give the wrong coloured flowers to me at cost or anything. Even if she had called the day before to apologize and give me a head's up, I'm sure I wouldn't have been so angry, but even at the time of pick up she didn't apologize. Definitely not impressed, it will take a lot of convincing for me to return to this store.

Ordered a single yellow rose in a bud vase and they went beyond what was expected, beautiful little arrangement with a pretty yellow accent sprig and a yellow bow to finish it off. Despite not being a large or expensive arrangement it was obvious they put care and effort into making it look super nice. Very great service and friendly!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister who was having surgery at the hospital in North bay. The flowers were delivered today and they were beautiful. Thanks Rose Bowl Florist for a job well done. I highly recommend this florist, you will not be disappointed.

Went to order wedding flowers, and the older lady that seemed to be the one working there didn't give me the time of day. I was told by the helper to wait in the "sitting room" and when the helper had talk to this woman, the woman ignored her when the helper was speaking to her. I was never acknowledged by her. When I told the helper i was going else where(already waiting from 15-20 minutes), the helper pleaded that I stay for a few more minutes, and the other woman said nothing, and continued working at her desk. Very unfriendly (other than the helper). My fiancé had to use the washroom, the helper said no, and to go to tim hortons. We ended up at Jackman's flowers, who were very helpful.

They delivered the Mother's Day flowers I ordered... the day before Mother's Day. The woman on the phone tried to advise me that Mother's Day is very busy. I explained that I could contact another florist if they were all booked up for deliveries on Mother's Day. After having a clear conversation on wanting the flowers delivered on Mother's Day, they went ahead and delivered them a day early anyways. Thank you for your blatant ignorance!

Won't order here again, ordered flowers for mothers days do deliver around 1pm still hadn't received at 430 not even a phone call to me to let me know what was going on,when we called them they were very rude on the phone.
