Loved the location, was driving from the east coast and this was one of the 5 stoping points on our trip and the staff was kind and love the hot tub and sauna and the best part was there was a Tim Hortons right across the street :) . I would so go again:) .we where there in September of 2018

I would not recommend staying here. Although the staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel was quiet, it is old and needs to be updated and repaired.

Room and hallway smell bad. The outdoor swimming pool was supposed to be open and it is out of service. Disappointing!

Me and my family decided to go up to North Bay for the weekend and we stayed at the Ramada. The hotel is under new management and they did a fantastic job to accommodate us. The manager Ravi was amazing and helped us in any way he could. The hotel is undergoing renovations and staff is doing a excellent job keeping that in mind. My wife and kids absolutely loved it and can’t wait till we go back next summer. Our room was clean, sanitized and renovated. The restaurant offered a variety of meals and was very very tasty. Our server Tracy was amazing, courteous and so so polite. I will definitely go back again.

Air Canada put up in this hotel due to a cancelled flight - the hotel smells, matresses stained, room entry door left ajar, patio doors not locked and someone we travelled with was rented a room that had been used UNMADE BED AND USED WINE GLASS LEFT IN THS ROOM - when we left the hotel to get something to eat across the road upon returning to the hotel we were met outside by the clerk who asked who was in room ___ only to be told he went in there to check because the room may have been rented to someone not entered in the system and he shut off the light ... first off how does that happen ... second off why was he not offered another room if that was the case ... and third and most importantly what the heck was the clerk doing in his room - long story short we checked in at 11:30 pm and checked out at 12:30 - yet when 6 rooms check out at the same the clerk doesn't ask for any names and says ur free to go - so YES WE LEFT AND WILL NEVER RETURN !!! I only rated a one star because I had to mark something in order for it to post - if there was a negative option I would jave entered that

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and had fresh linen. They’re doing renovations which is awesome ! The third floor is done and looks great. The restaurant is opening now as well. I think they are improving from before. I would recommend to stay here 10/10

Price was fair however I wouldn't use the shower or bath tub mold, the bath surround looks like it needs to be replaced it was awful. Desk service was excellent wifi was really slow.

Won't be staying here again. Cleaning staff don't wash walls. Black mold in shower, icy walkway that resulted in some minor injuries, and lack of maintenance on the site are primarily why. Staff were friendly on the plus side.

Overall the rooms were nice and the hotel was nice. The location is a little inconvenient when it comes to late night fast food. Nothing close by is open at walk distance past 11 pm so bring or buy food before you arrive. The stay was pleasant and the price was very affordable. Recommended.

We checked out in the morning to go home . We had to come back for another stay the next night. We were given the same rooms NOT CLEANED. Still waiting on a promised deposit from two managers. I was not aware you had to go to the front desk at check out for MY deposit. Dirty dirty hotel. Message me for pictures I will be glad to share. My last review was deleted

Not sure who thinks this hotel requires one a little TLC … it needs a complete and thorough overhaul. Rooms are smelling musty, dust on several appliances, equipment for example the luggage carts are in disrepair with broken Tieres. Lackluster service at best not one word too much. Arrived too late and was too tired to leave but was seriously contemplating it.

This hotel is run down and in need of renovation. Cracks in the ceiling, curtains falling off the tracks, mold in the bathroom shower. Hallway carpets faded and thread bare. Will take a lot of money to fix this hotel.

Stayed for weekend. Had a pool facing view which was very nice. Room was stylish neat perfectly clean. Hotel amenities were excellent. Food was really great. Will definitely book next time.

You pay for what you get. Staff were lovely but it needs a major deep cleaning and tlc.

This place is absolutely gross. You should avoid this hotel at any and all costs. The smells in someof the hallways are absolutely horrible. The wall paper is peeling off in the room and the place is very run down.

This review pertains to the golf course they have on site. It's one of my favourites in the city because it's short, but still 18 holes and there's really no need for a cart. Great for an early round in the morning.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of my stay(s) at this Ramada. The staff were not friendly, rooms were in disrepair (including the heater hanging out of the wall letting the cold air in) and the restaurant being less than worthy of even a single star. I'd avoid and stay elsewhere.

Really enjoying the king size bed suit. Nice wood fireplace. Love the no door shower and nice jaccuzi tub. The restaurant served me one of the best steak ever and my spouse a succulent salmon. But the dessert is to die for. The homemade brownies are so moist. By far the best brownie ever.

Staff are really nice, interior is cozy.

Pretty good service at the wedding I attended. They did seem to clear things a little too quickly since I wasn't done my drink and it was gone after I got back to my seat

Giving a rating of 2 stars, vice 1, because of the front desk staff who were accommodating, pleasant and understanding. Chose this hotel because it is a Ramada and usually the name Ramada stands for a higher standard, but not this time. Was so disappointed. Had to change rooms, as the beds in first room looked liked they had been slept in and hastily remade. The second room, beds were a fractional bit better, but the rest of the room was a disappointment. Everything could stand a huge boost of TLC. Dated, torn carpet, old fashioned room AC which was filthy, no coffee machine in room as stipulated in amenities, TV channels were not clear, shadow/snowy, unwatchable in many cases. Would not recommend staying here.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. I ended up taking photos because I didn't think anyone would believe how awful it truly was. The hotel hallway smelled musty and contained a lot of carpet stains. The wallpaper was so weathered the seams were coming apart. When I went to close the blinds I found a splatter pattern on them. I'm not sure if it was mud, pop or blood. To be honest I really didn't want to know. After that I went to inspect the bed and when I pulled back the corners I found bugs. I took a video so I could go down to the front desk and show them what I found. I never got a chance to show them the video because when I told them of all the problems with my room and said I could not stay there, they made zero effort to find me another room or to investigate. I left the hotel and had to find another place to stay very late at night. I will never stay at a Ramada or any other Wyndham hotel if this is how they are managed and maintained.

Tolerable. The dated look doesn't bother me but it wasn't clean. No sanitizer at the door. Door open buttons don't work. We booked for a king room and received 2 queens. Not worth the money. This area has far better accommodation for less.

Marvelous comfort

Considering Covid they kept it decent. Was very disappointed that the pool was closed because I've been there in the winter snowmobiling and they had it open then and it's very nice. (That was a few years ago). They really need to do something with the patio area where the walk out rooms are someone is going to really hurt themselves. Right across the road is a Timmy's, Subway and Burger King, also a gas station. Very convenient.

Minute I walked it the room, there was an awful smell and carpet was stained. Rooms are super dated. Lock on patio door did not work. Patio was very poor looking. Paint stains on the floor on the bathroom tile, shower grout was flaking. Lighting was brutal. Bed however was comfortable. After killing about 30 mosquitos that appeared out of no where, had a comfortable sleep. Great parking. No complimentary breakfast or coffee bar.

My family and I stayed here this weekend and it was great! I highly recommend it. The hotel is under new management and I can see that they are making every effort to update the space. It's currently being renovated which didn't affect our stay at all. We stayed in one of the already renovated rooms and it was very clean and sanitized. Everything from the bed sheets to the towels were fresh and clean. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on the main floor and Tracy our server was a wonderful host at every visit. Food was perfect each time! All the staff from the front desk, to the manager Ravi as well as the housekeeper were friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be returning again in the Summer to check out their golf course and the beach in the area.

Absolutely breathtaking suit. The king sized bed was so cozy and the in room jacuzzi WA so relaxing! It wasnt too expensive considering the size of the room and best of all our two dogs were allowed in the room. In the morning we ordered room service and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Im here working and have been staying here for a month. Absolutely disgusted and covered in bed bug bites. They never clean the rooms and the people at the desk are not helpfull with acception to the one woman. Leaving this place immediately.
