I ordered a dressed on June 26th. It has yet to arrive. Whenever I call to inquire about it, I’m either told “we’ll call you back in 15mins” (which they never do) or “it’ll arrive next week”. They’ve promised me multiple delivery dates that have all come and gone. I’ll never be shopping here again.

Just had my brand new island delivered by Manchester's. I'm so impressed with everything...from the initial purchase to the final delivery. Very conscientious delivery people! Delivered on time! Its beautiful and just looks very expensive. His showroom has so many unique items that I just couldn't possible find anywhere else. Just received my couch and dining set from these guys as well as my hot tub two weeks ago. The wait for the tub was long but it was well worth the wait. The service was fantastic and the delivery guys were very professional and they set up everything. Shane made sure I left happy. I'm surprised that I didn't buy more!

Just had the best shopping experience I've had in a long time. I was looking for bedroom furniture and found the style I liked but not the wood. No problem! It was ordered in the stain and type of wood I wanted. Delivery was sooner than promised and the fine gentlemen who delivered it were exceptionally helpful in setting it all up for me. Excellent customer service from all the staff. Keep up the great work!

I have a Stearns and Foster Eurotop from Manchester's and it is the most comfortable bed by far! I sleep better the ever thanks to the great service provided by these guys. So your thinking you want a hot tub... let's face it, this is not your run of the mill purchase! We walked into Manchesters to simply ask a couple questions, we had no idea what we were getting into, but I must say, we were very happy to be received by Shane and Andre, no pressure,just the facts,so nice to not have to put up with pushy commission people! Did we buy our tub right then?...no..went back a couple times,always the same demeanor from these guys! happy to answer your questions. Did we buy a tub? you bet! Shane and Andre will walk you through every step of the process,and they are more than happy to do it! Go see them,tell them a very happy hot tubber sent ya!!

I was shopping for a bed at Manchesters. I was greeted immediately upon entering the showroom by Shane, the owner. He took the time to sit down and listen to ‘my story’ and made recommendations based on my needs. I bought a tempur pedic mattress and the Harmony 3 adjustable base. It’s perfect. I’ve never slept better. The pillow he suggested is the best pillow I’ve ever owned. I only need the one pillow to sleep instead of stacking multiple pillows and still not being comfortable. Way to go Manchesters!! Another completely satisfied customer. I also love that you support the Canadian economy. The delivery guys were awesome. Worked their butts off to deliver, carry up three flights of stairs and set up my bed. Thank you, ALL!!

Went in looking for a king size bed. Tried a few mattresses and checked out a couple of bed frames....quick and painless. Not the cheapest in town but seems to be quality and Shane is willing to deliver, throw in sheets, mattress pad and pillows as well as provide discount for purchasing both mattress and bed! Positive shopping experience!

Edit again(Nov 19/21)......been contacting them and waiting for over 3 months for a replacement control panel......its freezing weather out now and we need to drain and refill our hot tub but can't because our control panel doesn't work!!!!!!....Edit....most things have been resolved now.....still waiting on one more thing to get resolved though! Shane seems to be trying his best to make things right and we appreciate it! Ordered a hot tub and had promised delivery dates which they changed twice and now changed yet again, because they ordered in the item and went to get it and it wasn't there.....they should know their inventory and this is something we should have been informed about days ago! Not pleased and will NOT be purchasing from this store ever again! Told my husband he should refuse to pay the small amount left owing on it! They should be offering to take that amount off to help rectify what they did!

This buy was a total nightmare! They tried to deliver when I was not even moved into my place seven hours away and as a result the next delivery day, my bed arrived damaged and dirty (cream colour)Then the headboard was missing... really ? How can you deliver a bed without the headboard? That was on June 3rd, to this date the broken parts haven t been replaced... Now this is August 20... Some parts were sent, but they kept sending the wrong ones despite me sending pictures and explaining over and over again. I was promised so many times that the right parts were on their way. I even left a part that was fine with the owner and again after many apologies and excuses and compensation I am still ending with broken legs under my bed... this is really annoying ... specially that the last time the owner told me that he will order the parts and have them delivered to his store and that he will personally send them by Canpar to my place. That was over two weeks ago! Iam not one to be angry and mean, but this is ridiculous! I should have listened to people that told me not to buy there. For sure I will not ever! I feel being lied to and not respected... and I have to explain who I am every time I contact him... Really? Oh! Did I mention that the quality was very disappointing?? D

Having never bought brand new furniture I was completely un-sure as to what to expect as for pricing and for service, but once my new bed set and table set was delivered; the price given to me for everything including the shipping and delivery was outstanding and I would highly suggest to any other customers looking for furniture!

I am delighted to offer Manchester's a strong compliment, and a definite recommendation. Since the moment we walked into their store, Chad took care of us like any consummate professional should. His product acumen was outstanding and even more impressive were his charisma and ability to level-set our expectations about what we were actually getting ourselves into with a hot tub purchase. Honesty goes a long way, and Chad was sure to temper our enthusiasm with real considerations and we happily made the decision to engage and become hot-tubbers. By the time we had readied our yard for the tub, winter had just come... our tub was delivered at the end of the business day, with our electrician set to come the next morning. After delivery Chad surprised us by coming back and giving us a space heater for the tub, as he was concerned that any moisture remaining from quality assurance testing in manufacturing might freeze and damage the tub. He bought us a new space heater unprompted and delivered it to us. These guys have come back a couple times to get the tub adjusted, to put our cover arm on, and each time I remain impressed by their professionalism and follow thru. Haven't had too many better retail experiences in North Bay. Shane knows how to hire good folks, and Chad definitely knows how to value the client. Good job Manchesters! Thanks again. Now, if I could only figure out how to make this tub go back in time!

Chad and Shane gave us an amazing deal on our new living room furniture. We couldn’t believe it! On top of that, the free delivery and staff assembling the furniture for us was super convenient too. Just phenomenal service and we were blown away by the prices. They have lots of customizable styles depending on what you like but they helped us stay in our budget and we couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to enjoying this furniture for years to come, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new living room / couch set.

What a beautiful store with some of the best pricing I have seen and this is a complete furniture store with everything including Hot Tubs. Mattresses, box springs, dining room and kitchen tables, sofa’s, recliners. Everything you can imagine. Aggressive pricing with lots of Canadian suppliers.
