The customer service that I received is terrible. I called the store to enquire about the prices and the offers. She spoke to me in a rude manner. When I heard a price of the roses as $9.99 instead of $99 she laughed at me sarcastically. There are other stores like Walmart where there are roses for $9.99 as well. Prices isn’t the matter for me. So I called to enquire about the prices. There is another way to deal with the situation. If I did not hear the price correctly she can correct me by just saying the original price. I highly disliked her sarcastic laugh. She was not even listening to me and continuously started laughing on me and hung the call. I got the terrible service in my life. I am a very sensitive person and this situation got tears in my eyes. I don’t care about how beautiful the roses my might be if this is the kind of the customer service they provide to the customers. I highly recommend the very bad rating to this place. As I have not even seen the flowers yet in the website as she suggested, I am very very disappointed by that lady customer service. I am going to take this to the next level to complain on her. I spoke to bloomex and they provided me the best service and I booked my flowers with them. I am happy with their customer service. Ps. Jackman's delivers beautifully crafter bouquets, accompanied with other gifts and balloons (or whatever you're looking for), to ensure your loved one knows you are thinking about them, no matter how far away you live! It is amazing service, and I have used them a few times now because of the quality of the items, how gorgeous the presentation is, and how easily you're able to order with them. I am so thankful for their goods and services as I live quite a distance (4+ hours) away from my mom, and they make sure to deliver, making sure my mom knows I am sending my love. They even provide delivery just outside of North Bay - this is incredible and special. If you need anything floral or to send someone a special something, I highly recommend Jackman's!

I ordered a flower arrangement for my twin sister who lives in North Bay,Ontario.I am here in British Columbia.I ordered online late in the evening before my sisters Birthday. There is a time difference of 3 hours. The flowers were delivered to my sister the next day fairly early in the day. I was so happy and so pleased with the timely service and the arrangement that was sent. My brother Tom received a very nice Calla Lily plant at the hospital at St. Hyacinthe Quebec. It arrived at 10:00am in the morning and wasn't delivered to his room til after lunch, but he says it is beautiful and the nursing staff have complimented it. So I am happy. With Covid visitor restrictions, I wanted my brother - who also suffers from Parkinson's to know his family is thinking of him and praying for recovery from hip surgery following a fall.

I was quite disappointed with Rememberence bouquet of flowers I sent to my daughter-in-law. Her father had just passed away and with social distancing, we can not go to her. She sent me a picture via cell phone. There were no baby's breath in the bouquet. Baby's breath make a world of difference. Was I supposed to ask for that to be added? I thought the bouquet was pretty plain for a premium selection. I guess I should have taken a closer look. However, she still liked them. I do see from the picture on website that there is no baby's breath. Sorry to disappoint you.

It was easy to order online but highly disappointed in the arrangement. Nothing like the picture on the website. Not worth the money. I would be better off buying from a local grocery store where their flowers are better priced and just as nice. An arrangement for $79 plus local delivery charge of approximately $14 should have been a lot fuller, and looking as described on their website. Addendum: As much as I was disappointed, the very next day they sent out an apology bouquet with a box of chocolates to the recipient.

We had a good experience with Jackman’s. A week before Christmas we placed an order for flowers to be sent to my 95 year old mom in a hospital in a northern town. Jackman’s tried to fill the order but the hospital wouldn’t accept the flowers because the hospital was closed to visitors and everything incoming. I cancelled the order. A few days later, Christmas Eve morning, the hospital loosened their rules and said they would accept and allow deliver of the flowers to my mom. I called Jackman’s (Christmas Eve morning, two days before the Ontario provincial shutdown) and asked them if they could fill the order. They delivered the flowers Christmas Eve day. Good job Jackman’s. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

I spoke with Erin at Jackman’s to arrange for flowers for my Mother’s funeral. Erin remembered that my Mom had been a long time customer. Erin was very flexible adding more colour to a standard arrangement as requested, trying to tailor the arrangement to our needs. Erin remembered that my Mom liked “something a little different”and promised to do something special for us . The next day another employee called to make sure that the “hot pink roses they had in stock would be agreeable for our arrangement they “just wanted to be sure”. The arrangement was exceptional and everyone in my family talked about how beautiful they were. We took many photos and enjoyed the scent for many days after we brought it home . I always order my flowers from Jackman's because they have high morals with regards to quality satisfaction, meaning they always send beautiful flowers and arrangements. I never worry that they would send old flowers or withering ones. The staff are always courteous and helpful on the phone. They have no problems sending french messages as long as I spell it so likely they do this for any language. I'm sure their prices are competitive to other flower stores but Jackman's offers consistent excellent quality. They come up with fun designs for various occasions so they offer variety. I highly recommend Jackman's.

Dure to lockdown, I'm unable to visit my mother in North Bay (I'm in a different city) for mother's day. I believe this is 2 years in a row now. Jackman's has beautiful flower arrangements that i knew my mom would love. (Technically, if I see something on their site that makes me weepy eyed, i know it will be a winner for my mom). The flower delivery was also executed beautifully. I usually tell my dad, that my mom should be expecting something on a certain day and they haven't disappointed yet! I will also add that sometimes I order closer to the last minute. I would order again!

re order 01122241 I’m very happy with this delivery. My sister who works at Eastholme told me that when she saw them the tulips were closed and that’s what I wanted. If they had been open she would’ve only gotten a couple of days out of it but because I disappointingly put down the 29th instead of the Mother’s Day date, she got them so early that she wouldn’t have them for Mother’s Day to enjoy. I had really hoped that my notation in the order meant that you could’ve made a mixture of colours for them or at least offered that on the site because she doesn’t have good eyes and would’ve really enjoyed a mixture of colors. I called a few days ahead to place an order for a very specific 'peach' colored roses for a portrait photo shoot in town. I'm from 6 hours away and wanted to be able to pick up the flowers fresh and wrinkle free at the location of my shoot. When I called, I was told that they were making an order and I would get exactly what I needed. I show up to the location, I'm told that they could not order the 'peach' roses however have different orange covered flowers to pick from as those were in season right now (October) I was NOT given a call to tell me this, otherwise I would have looked somewhere else. The color was very specific for the photo shoot as there was a theme. (Peach) The worker seemed really nonchalent about it. She apologized but seemed very clueless. Another worker stepped in and saved the day and offered to dye the roses a light orange to give it a peach feel. I was originally buying 6 roses but ended up only buying 1 with a side as I was so disapointed. I didn't have the time to look at another flower shop, so I went with it. It looked alright in the end and I'm thankful for that worker. However, their customer service overall was not what I expected. I should have been given a call to tell me they could not order what I wanted instead and should have appeared to care more about the situation in general. I don't recommend if you cannot go in person and must order via phone. They won't call you if something can't be fulfilled

Don't do it online, flowers were forgotten about, gave a partial refund but the agreed upon refund was still shorting me $5. Called and told them the flowers hadn't arrived, they said they'd call right back when they track down the delivery driver, but never called. I called back an hour later, and they held me on the phone basically until I agreed to take the flowers. I however got the discount I asked for, but the time had still passed where I wanted to surprise my girlfriend while she was stuck at home alone all day. Didn't receive the flowers until 5:30-6pm (ordered at 6:30am), when it was no longer a surprise. If you can't fulfill orders on time, then don't accept them.
